Had to take a star away. What I thought were fresh Kaffir lime leaves turned out to be Chinese…read morebroccoli which I only realized after taking them out of the bag. The problem was that the bags were right behind an incorrect sign on the refrigeration case. I hadn't bought Kaffir lime leaves in years, the last time they were packaged dried in the bag. I just figured this time that perhaps the leaves were being sold fresh now. At least the Chinese Long Beans actually were Chinese Long Beans.

This was my favorite Asian grocery in Kitsap county and the only one I shopped at. But last week…read morewhile picking up some fried chili crisp, the bottle was stacked so tightly in-between a row of two other products, I accidentally knocked a jar over. And in a move to save the jar I quickly moved my basket under the falling jar to catch it to stop it from breaking in the floor. Unfortunately, the quick motion of my basket caused a bottle of banana ketchup to be knocked off a lower shelf and break in the floor. Upon, checkout I was made to pay for the bottle that broke. Okay, I get it you're a small business and every penny counts, and I average over $100 of my grocery budget there every month. But from a customer service standpoint to make me pay for accidentally knocking a bottle to the floor? Sure you saved $2.69. But once again from a customer service pov, did you save $2.69 OR did you LOSE over $1200 a year in patronage, because I'm never coming back. There's other Asian groceries in the area that I can get all the same things I get at your store.

One of my favorite grocery stores!…read more I really enjoy shopping at the Sprouts in Silverdale. It's is always clean, organized, and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with an employee, and they're always willing to help when I have a question or can't find something. As someone who is vegan, I especially appreciate their selection of vegan foods. They carry a lot of products that I don't see at other grocery stores, including new vegan products that have just been released. They also have great gluten free options too. I'm not fully gluten free but I do appreciate having such a large selection. And their section with new things to try. It's fun to find something I haven't seen before and discover a new favorite. They usually have what I'm looking for, but if they don't, I really appreciate that the employees will offer to see if they can order it. That kind of service makes a difference and makes me feel like they actually want to help rather than just telling me they're out of something. Between how clean the store is, the selection, and how genuinely nice the staff are, Sprouts has become one of my favorite places to grocery shop in the area. I always seem to find something new to try, and I leave feeling like I had a good shopping experience.

Sasha is always so helpful and funny! We love it at sprouts!! Grateful to live so close to this…read moreamazing store!
