Yesterday while i was in the car wash, it snapped my passenger mirror. Minor damage. Unfortunately…read morethey were closed so i called them today. He was slightly rude asking why i called today, not yesterday. I told him because he was closed. He asked what time so he could watch the cameras as well as asked to personally see it. So i drove down there to show him. I thought he was just looking at it, but he pulled on my fuckin mirror and broke it even more. Now the damages are even more! He told me since the glass was previously broken he is NOT going to fix my mirror nor give me any info. He told me to have my insurance involved if i wanted. He was VERY rude and unprofessional. I than told him he would lose my service since he is being rude. He than replied "i rather lose service than pay $300 for your damn mirror". It's nice to know that someone rather lose a customer that goes there quite a bit than fix a mirror for $300. April 29th, right after it happened. Just snapped, no wires hanging down. April 30th, after he yanked on the mirror maken it worse, now wires are hanging out.

Terry the owner is hands on, many of the employees have been there a long time and are extremely experienced at vehicle maintenance. When you want it done right take it here.
