No phone call to tell me they couldn't accommodate. This was really inconvenient for my other 2 kids. Nothing to compensate us. Nothing just yet couldn't accommodate. I scheduled another couples massage with my daughter and again this year there was amishap with our appointment. We literally made the appointment yesterday for 5:30pm today. I missed a call from them at 5:05 but I answered the call at 5:09 and they're trying to reschedule me for 6:30 because I didn't confirm??? What do you mean didn't confirm? You just called 4 minutes ago. I just made the appointment yesterday and our appointment isn't until 5:30 so I hadn't missed it yet. Again no compensation for the inconvenience. As much as I enjoyed the massage last year, I will not be coming back to this establishment. They disregard people's appointments. I'm Asian so I can say this, this is why Asian establishment don't succeed! It needs to be ran like an American business and take into consideration people's time. Don't waste your time here. You will be frustrated!
