However, I decided to play with getting the idea of just getting the under arch waxed and the top tweezed in hopes of not breaking out. I reached out to Evelyn to see if this was an option and she agreed to do so with the disclaimer that they may not look as polished as they would with wax which was a risk I was willing to take. It has now been a few days since I got them done and NO breakouts for the 1st time in my history of eyebrow treatments! Evelyn also wiped the area down with an alcohol prep pad afterward. I moved from SF back to the East Bay and needed to find my new wax gal, so started off by going to the European Wax Center. As she's grown throughout her esthetician career, I've been a loyal follower, and am so excited that she has her own business now! My skin is VERY sensitive, but has never had any irritation problems after my wax appointments with her. Love that she uses new sticks for each dip into the wax pot -- I'm super grossed out by places that double dip. She's the perfect go-to for brows, bikini, lip, etc. If I could give a bonus star for professionalism and organization, I would! You'll never show up to an appointment where she forgets or double books. You'll also get a reminder a few days before your appointment in case you need to reschedule.
