After I browsed the store for a bit, I was chatting with a worker and told him that I work at a gunsmith shop a short drive away, he then went on a rant to me and the only other customer in the store about how terrible the company I work for is, and continued to do so to the other customer when I walked off looking at other parts. Since they have a good selection of parts and are close by, my coworkers and I have all referred many of our customers to go check out Discount if we did not have a part on hand. Congrats guys, not anymore. I want to be clear that this 1-star isn't how I was treated after they viewed me as a "competitor", it's because as a customer looking for parts that I had not found anywhere in the valley after weeks of calling and checking local stores, I was treated like I knew nothing and that I was incorrect when asking about a specific product that the person behind the counter didn't know about. I did purchase the part I was looking for as they're the only ones in a 50 mile radius to have one on hand. I got lucky and saw that they had a used one laying out which they sold to me for 50% off of their marked price, which turned out to be 0.94¢ less than if I had purchased it brand new. Discount

I was given a card to Sportsman's gun repair service center and after a call, I decided I just had to make the trip. John B. was my service Technician and he truly proved himself to actually be an EXPERT!! After disassembling different parts in the gun by logic, he finally located the problem, replaced a worn part and took the gun back to their test firing area. He returned and said everything was working great but suggested a test trip back to Legacy Sooting Center ( My Favorite Range) and do thorough testing with multiple rounds, which I always do. John said if I have any problems, come back for any further service. Here's the end of the story so far... John refused to charge me even a dime for his & SPORTSMAN'S time and efforts! The employees here were very professional, very knowledgeable, and did not rush anyone or gave them any kind of attitude during a high stress time. I believe that this is normal practice for them because every employee was giving the best service they could to every customer that came through the door no matter what they were in for. On my first visit I was looking for a IWB holster that unfortunately was out of stock. The employee let me know of my options even if it meant taking my business somewhere else because he wanted me to make sure I got what I wanted. On my second visit a couple days later, I came in to purchase a firearm that I had came across online. The employee was willing to educate me on anything I needed to know about the gun. He was also very thorough and professional with the paperwork process. The price was also the lowest in the valley compared to people like Sportsman's, Dick's, Scheels, and Cabela's. I will absolutely return here first for any gun or ammo need, and I'll definitely refer anyone else to them.
