Good ratings from the Better Business Bureau and all, so I gave them a call. When I called they offered a same day appointment! In fact, an appointment an hour after I was calling. I couldn't do that, so I made it for the next morning. Here is why they get 4-stars. They respected my time. We made the appointment for 8 and the tech was at my house at 7:45. And since he was going to be early, he called me up and asked if it was okay. Absolutely, dude! And thank you! About an hour later, my unit was recharged with some freon and he was on his way. The only thing was it seemed a little pricey. $85 for the inspection and about $105 for the coolant, for a total of $190. That was a bit over what the mysterious internets told me to expect to pay for that kind of job. But you know what? At the end of the day my AC is blowing strong, cool air and it is 98 degrees out there today, so that $50 or so dollars extra is money well spent.

You should keep better records so when your customers call, you can know how to best serve them, or in our case, not serve them. We were charged $145 for you to come to our house and tell us you don't carry the replacement for r-22 as many other companies do and have had great success maintaining units with it. You just want to sell us a new unit on a small house between 8-10k dollars. We have been using Superior for years with our rental houses. I've always been happy but today I just feel like we've been ripped off. I told them the issue with our unit so they knew when they came out that we needed recharged. They don't have any r22 anymore though. So of course they want to sell us any unit and charge us a diagnostic fee that is $50 more than anyone else.

His business is located in South Huntsville, but he services all the surrounding areas. I'm from Madison, AL. I will be recommending Chris to anyone and everyone I know that might need plumbing work from now on. He came out on a Friday evening @ 7:30pm, looked at the job, gave me an estimate, and went right to work. By 9:30pm he had restored running water to my home. It wasn't an easy access area, but he got behind my shrubberies and went to work. This guy is hardworking, has a great personality, knows exactly what he's doing, and is as honest as they come, and when I tell you he has reasonable prices, I mean it! My job actually wound up being less than what he originally quoted, and I mean who else would tell you that? NO ONE!
