Justin, Travis, and Hector have all been great to work with - we will never use anyone but Port Plumbing going forward. Highly recommend!

Then I noticed my front walkway was wet. I followed it out and there was a LOT of wet area in my mulch beds. My worst fear was the leak was under the house so I turned off the main valve and went to bed. I was sure it would cost thousands in repairs. We called Roket at 10am. He was out within a half hour. Such a nice gentleman! He checked the meter at the road and immediately knew the leak was outside of the house. He made a guess to where the leak was and started digging. 90 minutes later and two feet deep, he was right. Turned the water on and it was like a mini old faithful! A half hour later and the repair was complete. A water line check and the meter was still. No more leak. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone I know. He will certainly be my go-to from now on.

We installed a new pool and the riser feed to the house had a leak from corrosion and it was in a very tight area. Joshua had his team dig to expose the line and installed a new riser for us and got us up and running all in the same day - no cold showers at all! We were super impressed with his work and professionalism - he really knows his stuff and explained everything in clear terms with lots of photos, his response was fast and efficient, and his price was very fair. This is a review on behalf of my mother-in-law Santa Barraza who is domiciled Kingsville Texas and…read morewhen I heard she had local plumbers show up several times and NOT solve her plumbing issues, I had to recommend the plumber we use and recommend Compass Plumbing a.k.a. Joshua Parker. Title: The Fifth Time Was the Charm--Joshua Parker Finally Solved What Others Couldn't. When you're a septuagenarian widow managing a ranch in Kingsville on your own, you learn to be patient. But after four visits from a local plumber who couldn't resolve my issues, my patience was wearing thin. Then Joshua Parker from Compass Plumbing arrived. Project A - Faucet Replacement: My kitchen faucets were so clogged they were nearly unusable. Joshua assessed the situation and replaced them efficiently. But he didn't stop there--he noticed the cabinetry supporting my basin was deteriorating and proactively replaced that too. He saw the bigger picture and addressed it without upselling, just solving. Unrelated Project - Backyard Leak: A leak had developed in my backyard, separate from the interior work. Joshua tackled that project as well with the same diligence. What Set Him Apart: Punctuality: He arrived when he said he would. Every time. That's rare in the trades, especially for rural properties. Professionalism: He was respectful of my home, my time, and my questions. He explained what he was doing in language I could understand without talking down to me. Fair Pricing: He charged fairly for his solutions. No hidden fees, no inflated rural-property surcharges. The Bottom Line: My plumbing is finally functioning, and I have peace of mind. I'm a highly educated woman and a professional artist--I don't give praise lightly. Joshua Parker has earned it. I've already decided to have him come out to my art gallery in town for future work. Recommendation: Whether you're in a rural setting like Kingsville or an urban area, I would not hesitate to recommend his services. He's competent, honest, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. Pro Tip: If you have a property that previous plumbers couldn't fix, call Joshua. He's the one who can actually solve the problem.

Jerry diagnosed my problem as unfixable with a snake and was absolutely certain the pipes were misconfigured--I asked him a number of times if there were any cheaper ways to fix my clogged drain but he was certain my pipes were bad; and...heres the kicker... his assessment required $3K+ of work by him. A second plumber was called (AIM Plumbing--highly recommended) who simply and quickly unclogged the drain (for $300, not $3,000 hallelujah) and even showed me the grease that was blocking it. When contacted ten days later about his errant charge and diagnosis, Jerry couldn't even remember my case but refused to provide any discount for his poor service. A terribly wrong diagnosis + vendor memory loss = a very bad customer experience. Thank goodness I got a second opinion...
