I had purchased my house in January 2026 and knew that the diverter in the bath tub wasn't working properly. Austin, from Royal Plumbing, came in, looked at the piping, and within a very short time figured out that when the bathroom was remodeled (long before I bought the house) that the pipes going to the diverted were incorrectly installed. It now works perfectly. Not only did Royal Plumbing respond quickly, fix the problem, and charge a very reasonable fee, but they also called a few weeks later to check and make sure I was happy with the work.
