My experience with Dr. Mordkovich at Cross Hudson Plastic Surgery has been nothing short of a nightmare--from the botched Dysport treatment to the complete lack of accountability and dismissive attitude of both the doctor and his staff. After my treatment, I was left with an unnatural, "spocked" appearance that completely altered my facial expressions, making me feel self-conscious and distressed. When I brought up my concerns immediately after the injections, instead of addressing them with care and professionalism, Dr. Mordkovich outright dismissed me and showed no interest in resolving the issue. His lack of concern made me feel anxious and uneasy, and I knew I could not trust him to fix the mistake he made. After weeks of back-and-forth and a frustrating, exhausting process of being ignored, they finally offered only a partial refund ($250)--as if I was at fault for their poor work! It was never about the money, but the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for patient concerns is appalling. This office clearly does not prioritize patient satisfaction or ethical care. I strongly urge anyone considering this doctor to think twice before trusting him with their face or body. Dr. Goldberg stated he would not perform surgery at Englewood Hospital due to concerns about post-surgical complications and the hospital's inability to handle them. Dr. Goldberg stated he would sign transfer paperwork anywhere, at any time, by anyone who asks to help facilitate transfer to a specialty care hospital. Then Dr. Goldberg disappeared. No explanation. No communication. No reassignment to another neurosurgeon. I contacted Dr. Goldberg's office requesting he follow through on his commitment. No response. My mother is now mostly wheelchair-bound with urinary retention and inability to move her bowels. She continues to deteriorate by the day. She is currently hospitalized with an unknown outcome. This could have potentially been reversed if Dr. Goldberg had not abandoned her at her most vulnerable time of need. This is patient abandonment. I landed up having a umbilical hernia that twisted around my colon and caused my cecum to perforate. Dr. Her Yank was my surgeon. He held nothing back telling me all the pros and cons that could occur. He was very professional. Wonderful bedside manner( very important to me) I use to be a medical professional) gifted surgeon. I had to call the office 2 times for follow info and a follow appointment. This should be the example office for medical offices to folllow. All the staff so kind so professional so caring and just most important everything done correct. Can you believe that. It's almost like they are smiling through the phone.
