She then said 2pm. Why wouldn't she suggest that in the first email if it's just 30 minutes earlier Anyway, I agree to it, and she said great, 7/29 at 2pm. I then get an email confirming an appointment for Saturday- so I replied to confirm I booked it for Friday. Her response? Scroll up and you'll see we agreed on 7/29. I didn't double check if the 29th was a Saturday so I suppose that's my fault? I then asked her to have a manager call me and she said she is the manager and they're busy in the summer and there is nothing they can do. And that was it. I've been coming to Nantucket for 33 years and this sort of rude customer service is very rare out here. I went to RJ Miller and had a great experience- I recommend you go there.

She was hurting my nails when clipping them and did not care about being gentle. I had eaten a big orange before my appointment and got a little of the peel under my nail and all she could do was judge me and ask me if I smoked - and I don't. The experience was disgusting and I felt robbed of my 35$ because she was so extremely rude and grumpy. My nails didn't look good either, and lasted two days at most. She didn't care that she smudged one of them and didn't fix it. Do not go here.
