It was uncomfortable working with Jorge for the following reasons:…read more - His scope of work indicates that you need to pay when the work is complete which is obviously very reasonable. However, he did part of the work, then threatened not to complete the rest of the work unless we paid for what was done thus far. - He threatened to charge us incredibly high late fees if we didn't pay him for partial work. His scope of work explains nothing is due until work is complete. - While he was working on our hot water heater issue our sewer began to back up. We hired him to fix that as well. We paid him $250 to do it and then the first time our renters took a bath the the sewer backed up in a way that was even worse than before he did the work. -We had to hire a another plumber to come on Sunday to fix the issue we hired Jorge to resolve. We asked for a refund as the work he did did not solve our problem and he refused to give it to us. He said he "didn't guarantee the work." - Jorge's demeanor at many times throughout the process was unprofessional and defensive.

Technicians Kevin and LaMonte quickly located the source--a rusted nail that had punctured our copper pipe--and made the repair efficiently. However, we continued to hear a faint dripping sound inside the wall, indicating a second leak. They soon discovered another rusted nail in the copper pipe and fixed that as well. Both issues were resolved swiftly and professionally. When the invoice arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost--it was far lower than I had anticipated. I highly recommend Kevin, LaMonte, and the Hodges team for their excellent workmanship. They earned my full trust, and I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed with their service.

As much as I tried to not drop any grease in the sink over time some does accumulates. After he left, I washed five loads of cloths with no problem. What a relieve. This is obviously an honest company not out to cheat anyone. Very recommend for anyone who wants to find an honest company!

I do NOT recommend this company for any job, large or small…read more Some examples include leaving a hole in the ceiling after they decided they were not capable of installing a ceiling fan. Installing weather stripping backwards and short, leaving gaps inches long- when I told them it was not the correct length and installed incorrectly, they removed it and then left the job without fixing it, leaving NO weather stripping on my front door during wind and SNOW. Painted baseboards and left blue tape everywhere, like they just peeled it off but didn't make sure it was all off the walls, paint droppings on floor. Hired to fill small nail holes. Painted over with five to six inches swipes of paint, NOT bothering to make sure the paint matched first, so now I have big blotches of miss-matched paint everywhere they "fixed" a nail hole. Installed a front storm door that was clearly too small and didn't latch, then said they would try to Jimmy it to make it latch, when there were two inch gaps in the metal frame, obvious to ANYONE the door was too small. Did not clean up on day one, after they said they wouldn't be back for a week, leaving dirt, paint, dry wall, dust all over the floors, furniture, and nails and hardware on the floors in multiple rooms. This is a house I live in. Did not cover ANY furniture or use drop cloths or plastic while the were "working." Charged $80 plus an hour to have their teenage children doing the work. Installed a bathroom cabinet door such that it would only open two inches. Got paint on a piece of art my brother got me 30 years ago. I could go ON and ON and ON. Nothing was done right. They then abandoned the job, accusing me of being hostile, when I literally sat in my office all day while they fixed their bad work. I have pictures and video of all the above and MORE. I know other people who have had issues also, unfortunately I learned this after the fact. I have had to hire someone else to finish their shoddy work.

I couldn't clean all my ducts (something I knew going in) because they can only clean ducts with openings greater than 4". Here's my issues: - After they left I found an old Q-tip in one of the vent openings. This makes me question how thorough the cleaning was let alone their attention to detail. - They left two return covers off.
