Instead of a simple apology they strongly insisted that we pay the difference of twenty dollars with staff frequently coming to our table to hassle us while we were eating. I would have paid such a small amount without complaint out of conscience, except they blamed us for THEIR MISTAKE and lied to say the manager wasn't around (he later came out). We paid the extra $20 so that the staff member wouldn't have it docked from her pay.

The way they have set up the restaurant makes it look like a sidenote - you know the kinds of restaurants that are attached to like a museum or something.
