I tried to pay using the link included and I kept getting the message that my account could not be found. I then noticed that the address provided by Dr. Anderson's office was incorrect (which is probably why my account could not be found in the system). I alerted the office staff that there was an issue and all I got back was a short email saying 'we are sorry you are having trouble' and a PDF with the bill attached. No one tried to correct the issue in the computer and thus I ended up mailing in a check (yes, you read that correctly I sent in a check via the US Mail). Since the US Postal service moves incredibly slowly, I spent 2 weeks getting harassed non-stop by emails and text messages asking me to pay online (which was really, really annoying). It's hard to believe such an excellent doctor employs such inept accountants. I won't be going back. It's just not worth the hassle to deal with the inept billing department.

Dr. Fabrikant is a GENIUS!!! My feet hurt so bad for 6 months due to plantar fasciitis. It was the…read moremost horrible pain I've ever had. Worse than childbearing because there was no end in sight. I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day. I was desperate for pain relief. Dr. Fabrikant fitted me with the proper insoles that only cost me $50. No selling of expensive Insoles. He told me what shoes I needed to buy. I went to the New Balance store he recommended and paid $100 for the right shoe. I followed his recommendations specifically. Within 2 weeks my foot pain is almost 100% resolved. An added bonus has been that now with proper shoes my hip and back pain have also improved. I highly highly recommend Dr. Fabrikant!!!

In fact, a podiatrist used to come to our house to cut my mothers toe nails. As to my issue, the second toe of my right foot seemed to be slightly infected. I thought it possibly could be an ingrown toe nail. I knew that could turn serious if left untreated, and I did not want to lose a toe! Accordingly, I asked my doctor to recommend and refer me to a podiatrist. He referred me to Dr. Cox. However, I needed an immedaite appointment, so I agreed to be seen by Dr. Samuel Caine. I completed an intake sheet at home and brought it to my initial appointment. I saw Dr. Caine and at his diretion, I am using some cream on my toe and so far it seems to be getting better. I also bought pair of sandals, since he noted my toes were striking the front of my shoe. I will be returning to Dr. Caine at the end of the month.
