I frequent this gas station, and my biggest complaint is that the receipt dispensers are always out. I don't understand why they can't just keep up maintenance. Its 2020 and people don't want to go inside the facility. Try to avoid this place if you can. read more

How many of you have gone to Handee Hugo's on Pritchard Road, across from Riverwood Athletic Club, to put gas in your vehicle, only to experience a problem when using a credit card at the pump? I have experienced a problem 3 or 4 times within the last year or so. I went by on my way to work this morning to put gas in my car; when I inserted my credit card into the slot, the dialog window stayed stuck on 'authorizing'. I went inside and was told that the credit card slots were not working; they could not even scan my credit card at the register, nor take cash, inside the store because nothing was working. I have never experienced this type of problem at any other gas station or convenience store. Does anyone know what the issue may be? The cashier was alone in the store, so she was not in a position to leave her station to do anything about the situation. There was no notification on the pump stating that there was a problem. Also, up until about a year ago, they could not seem to replace receipt rolls at the gas pump, so when I needed a receipt, guess what? I couldn't get one at the pump. Being pressed for time, rather than go into the store for a receipt, I made a brief notation in my iPhone for verification until my credit card statement was available online. Has anyone else experienced problems with this station? read more
