We decided on a liner pool and did the Google thing and noticed there zero reviews and scant information when looking for businesses to meet with. We learned through friends about Ouachita Pools LLC and talked with Paul Frost at his office. We were impressed with his 30+ year's experience in the same building. When discussing the pool and all of the options to consider, Paul was helpful in explaining the features, value and benefits of each option. We negotiated an agreement and signed an agreement. The price was fair, and the start date was close to what we discussed. Progress was pretty much on schedule - you learn quickly that weather and other pool builds in progress along with ours weigh on the completion time. The decision to choose a saltwater pool was phenomenal. I saved hundreds of dollars with salt over chlorine and the grands love the water experience. I'm glad I had a water line to add water to the pool vs garden hoses. We added a handrail after the initial installation, which has proved very helpful in entering and exiting the pool. The pool is perfect! Installed within expectations and the service calls for some minor items has been timely, complete with high quality. My pump has stopped working and now Leslie's will NOT stand behind their warranty. I called store #896 and was told that Leslie's no longer will honor my warranty and that I had to call the manufacturer. Well Leslie's is the manufacturer and I keep getting the run around all week, while my pool is turning green. I've talked to everyone I can, and no one has helped. Leslie's should honor their warranties that are given to customers. Everyone just keeps passing me off to someone else. They said I am out of the area for them to send a mechanic to my house. This has been a horrible experience and it's like I can't beg anyone to help me.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They were listed as a Hayward…read morewarranty station over a year ago, we needed heater repairs and contacted them. A YEAR LATER we were told the part was in and they would come install. During install and replumbing the heater- the chlorinator housing was cracked and the plumbing their tech did was leaking. ( they claim recent freeze damaged the chlorinator and plumbing and are refusing to repair unless we pay) Today they replace a solenoid ( fried during his install of heater parts) but the service tech could not turn on the heater to test its functionality because he has NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS HEATER!!! They are refusing to give me an invoice that states date of install of parts and that it was not tested for functionality ( we need that for future warranty purposes) I have been in contact with Hayward, but they are NO LONGER A HAYWARD WARRENTY SERVICE STATION ( a fact no one notified us of until I contacted Hayward) I was told the Hayward service technician is no longer working due to cancer. I have empathy for that, but at that time- the job should have been sent to another Hayward Service pool company- instead of sending someone to work on a system they had NO KNOWLEDGE about. Very displeased!
