I ordered something online to pick up here to save on the shipping fee. It's located in a big-ish strip mall near other prominent brands like Trader Joe's and Paris baguette. There were a lot of parking spaces but the lot was def a bit packed around noon on a Saturday. The container store itself was very big and organized. All of the heavily discounted goods were to the front of the store, and they sure caught my eye. I was assisted with promptly. The whole transaction for pickup took about 10 minutes, most of which I think the worker spent some time looking for it in the back. I'd come back here again if I'm in the area.

BUT there is another measure of a company and that is customer service. I did not immediately notice that my drawers are not all aligned the same. It was about a week after install that I noticed it. Minor issue but this was NOT an Ikea purchase. I spent well over $4000 for a bedroom unit that is opposite my bed and stare at. I notified Robin of the issue on December 16, 2025. Robin is very responsive but she doesn't seem to have any influence on the scheduling of repairs. After 2 or 3 emails, it is now February 7, 2026 and I still have not heard from anyone or been scheduled for correction. I am happy with the product but the lack of resolution after almost 2 months will make me think twice before using Closet By Design again.

After we agreed on our layouts she came again to confirm all measurements. A week later Bonnie and her team showed up and worked to get the job done quickly but without sacrificing anything in quality. We love our new closets and would not hesitate to recommend Symmetry to anyone. When I called the next day to report this to the Owner of the Company, I was told "Oh, well it must have been so and so, we fired him the day after your job because he was new and we didn't have a good feeling about him." There was no offer to rectify this and it's awful to know that they are employing people whom are sent into clients homes that are not vetted or who are not trustworthy.
