Had them replace my oil pan. Cost more than what the dealership cost was. Their Labor rate total: $260. The Mitsubishi dealer est was $200. Not a cost savings. Have to have my service belt replaced. Wont be back to Hampton's. read more

When I moved to Leesburg 2 1/2 years ago, Hampton's came highly recommended to be by several people I knew. They have been honest, trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable, speedy, efficient and friendly! Their prices are reasonable and they do good work. I have even gone there a couple of times and Brian told me that what I came there for was not a real problem unless I was annoyed by a small noise or vibration. (My car has 227K miles on it.) 2012 Toyota Sienna, 140k miles Called Hampton's for a quote to replace the water pump, radiator and thermostat. Brian called me back and we spoke for 15 minutes about the request. In the end, after asking me several questions to help him identify the reasons why I wanted to do this very expensive PM activity, he suggested that I do not do what I wanted to do and to watch the parts to see if any leaks develop. I was stunned by his honesty and his willingness to turn down a big dollar job because it was the right thing to do. In the end, I did not get the service done (based on Brian's recommendation) and I decided to write this review in order to support what I feel is a very honest Auto shop. Thanks Brian! read more

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Hampton's for over 14 years. Without any doubt they are the very best auto repair shop that we have ever been to. They are extremely honest, friendly, dependable and reliable. They go out of their way to make sure that their customers fully satisfied and taken care of. At one time I took my car to my automobile dealership pursuant to a recall notification. After they examined the car and fixed what the recall required, one of the dealership's reps provided me with a list of recommended repairs that I needed- at an estimate cost of a couple thousand dollars. I took that list to Hampton's and they determined that all I needed done would cost approximately $450. read more

I have been to Hamptons a few times and they have always been very friendly and efficient in servicing my car. They have diagnosed the problem and quoted a price for repairs that was better than I had received from other service stations.
