That is no longer the case…read more Front desk staff are no longer friendly; the location I'm at today has a broken front door and they are depending on waiting patients to let people in. The front desk is not offering privacy but rather talking loudly across the waiting room (possibly a HIPAA violation?). The place smells and it's far too dirty to be considered safe for patient care. We are staying today but after all these years will NEVER come back again.

Nurse came in & said I need X-rays that I declined. She got mad & left. A few minutes later a med tech. came in with a discharge paper and said I could pick up a prescription at my pharmacy. Then he told me I could leave! No stiches, no proper wound cleaning, and NO BANDAGE!!! Just a finger with an open wound. I will not use or recommend them for anything! I took a picture after I left to get bandages and antibiotics.

They definitely work with you if you have balance due after insurance pays or even you do not have insurance. They are always willing to offer a payment plan that works best for you. The office is quiet, neat and clean. One of the best parts is that you leave knowing your results without having to worry. Check-in in easy and hassle free, you ae able to pre-check-in on your phone or in-office using one of their tablets. I have not experienced long wait times, I'm seen within 10 minutes or less after checking in, in and out with ease.

Had both full body MRI and cardiac MRI. The office is brand new, clean, and very spacious. After…read morebrief check-in, I was led to a changing room where I changed into new "MRI safe" clothes, and finally into nice room with windows and what looked like a brand now MRI machine. Jerry, the owner, was my technician and explained every step of the MRI very clearly. I got to choose my own music for the scans, which took about 90 minutes because I ordered two very thorough scans. Afterwards, Jerry even showed me some of the images and explained how the Radiologist would "read" them. All in all very wonderful experience. I have a family history of heart disease - both of my parents had major cardiac events even though they were both healthy. I plan on coming back every year or two. Preventative screening is the future and I don't want to wait for something bad to happen -- I'd rather know!

When I arrived, I explained that it felt like something was stuck in my throat or airway. I was told - verbatim - that they "wouldn't touch me with a 10-foot pole." That was shocking and unprofessional. Instead of evaluating me, they immediately directed me to the ER. The ER visit ended up costing me $800, where I waited about two hours only to be prescribed amoxicillin - something the urgent care could have easily done themselves. Later, when I saw an ENT, I was told my symptoms were due to acid reflux. My symptoms had already been present for three days, so it clearly was not an emergency airway obstruction. It's frustrating that neither the urgent care nor the ER considered reflux as a possibility before escalating the situation. Being told they "didn't want to take my money" feels ironic, considering I was sent somewhere significantly more expensive for essentially the same level of care. I would not recommend this facility. Patients deserve to feel evaluated and respected - not dismissed.
