Joan is clearly a master of her craft with tons of experience. She patiently answered my 10 billion questions about new piano ownership, and even took a lot of time to research specifics that were applicable to my piano, since it's a hybrid acoustic piano/digital "silent" piano. She also offered reasonable, practical, solutions and options to ensure optimal maintenance, for instance with maintaining ideal humidity levels in my home as well as potentially installing humidity controllers within the piano.
