Stayed for a work trip. Staff was accommodating. You can request a microwave for your room. I received mine after a couple minutes of checking in. The bed is very comfortable. There was a nice size flat screen t v. And a fridge. Bathroom is spacious with a shower and tub. There is a small closet for hanging clothes, but no dressers or armoire. Room was ok when we walked in and then realized there was vomit on the bed skirt. The front office staff are uniformed and when asked anything they look confused and bewildered. They allow guest to have parties in the rooms and will not confront them because they may upset them. Therefore the other guests will just have to suffer. Got a text from the management staff and then spoke to Sabrina at the front desk and showed her the text and she looked wild eyed and said ohhh I have no idea what that is. It has your name on it Sabrina. Just an overall bad experience. We have been diamond members for 10 years, thinking it might be time to switch to Marriott and see how that goes for awhil read more

I stayed here on a Friday night. I had ridden 440 miles beginning early that morning leaving from Fort Myers and riding to Daytona for Bike Week. After spending the day there, I rode here to this Hampton arriving at 6:30pm. This Hampton was the cheapest of all Hampton Inns that I had researched from Daytona to Fort Pierce. It's located just off of and to the west of I-95. This meant my ride home tomorrow would only be about 145 miles. I used my Hilton Honors Mobil App to make the reservation, check in, and used the digital room key to access my room. I also checked in with the front desk staff in the lobby as I went through. She greeted me and wished me a good night. I asked her if it would be ok if I left my bike parked near the front door under the overhang. She stated absolutely, no problem. My third floor room was clean, had two bottles of water (tyvm), nice a/c cold room, and was very quiet - being located almost at the end of the hallway. I slept very soundly and comfortably. The next morning I checked out using my Hilton Honors App. They had a free breakfast downstairs and I grabbed a small plate of scrambled eggs and bacon along with coffee. They also had waffles, oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs, and cereals (to name a few). I was wished a good day by the desk clerk as I passed by. My bike was nice and dry from being protected where it was parked. I enjoyed a good night's sleep at a reasonable rate and the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. If you're on the road looking for a place to stay overnight, I recommend you check this place out. read more

Stayed here one night and the room was clean and had plenty of parking available. For breakfast, the hot breakfast items were empty. There were only 2 other people in the breakfast area having coffee, not eating. After 15-20 min an employee comes out of the "kitchen area" and says "how is everything?" I said " I was hoping the hot food items would get replenished." She says, "I like to keep the items fresh and not let them get cold" She had absolutely no intention of bringing anymore food out. Southern charm and impeccable hospitality! From hello this pace rates super high, as a matter of fact, the best we have ever encountered. The morning staff was outstanding ans during breakfast the lady who took care of the breakfast area deserves a medal! I made sure I told her just how much she is appreciated, her smile was evident and I hope that people let her know. She answered questions and knew instinctly what guest needed and immediately obliged. I was so impressed that I made sure to mention it to the office staff and the lady at the front desk, Sabrina who was just as welcoming and courteous as ever, turned out to be the office manager! She too was absolutely brilliant, cheerful and it made me think that this corporation is definitely doing something right. All the staff was warm, welcoming, and inviting! After being out all day at a conference, I returned to my room and was surprised to see that the housekeeping staff had not stopped by, while I was out. I called the front desk to let them know about this oversight. Instead of an apology or a promise that "a member of our housekeeping staff will be right up," the curt reply was :we clean our rooms every other day." Well, okay then. After paying a comparable nightly rate earlier this week at a much nicer hotel in Orlando (where they DO clean the rooms every day) I'm a bit perplexed. The rate they are charing here is to cover ... what, exactly? The world won't come to an end, and I do know how to make my own bed, but I'll definitely make it a point ever to stay here again. read more

It was a disaster, been loyal to hilton group of hotels for a very long time, never seen this kind of service,no one offered to take trash out, had to request for fresh towels. Arrived and they informed me that the cable in the hotel had been out for a week and there was no television available. I immediately called the Marriott across the street and they had cable. I cancelled my reservation and checked in at Marriott. I was told by the front desk manager that I would not be charged, he gave me a receipt with no balance. Now neither Hampton or hotels.com will return my money. The hotel is old and dirty. The staff is rude and disrespectful. DON'T STAY HERE. While visiting with family recently, I found the Hampton Inn at Vero Beach West to be clean, modern and with ample parking. The friendly staff was very accommodating - especially the young lady that ran the breakfast bar. Unlike other area hotels that had pancake makers, this particular place had a waffle maker that would spit out a fresh waffle in about two minutes. With three small kids, having an all-inclusive breakfast bar is not only helpful but a real money saver. I look for this in a hotel when booking my stay. Besides the breakfast bar, there is a business center, pool, workout room and free Wi-Fi. Although the speed was not what I am used to, you don't come to a hotel for the computer access. Conveniently located to I-95 and the West Vero corridor that includes the outlet mall, I would return to this location again. I disagree with other ratings that complain about parking. Between the hotel, neighbor hotels and restaurants and the outlet mall itself, you should have no problem in parking whatever type of vehicle you are driving. /s/ William E. The Hampton inn is what you would expect with really nice people working the desk. the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable and it's a good place to rest your head for the night. The reason I'm writing this review is for the exceptional service me and my friend received after having car problems. Brenda, the hotel manager was so incredibly compassionate. Instead of kicking us out after our reservation was up (which would be there right) she allowed us to stay (in the comfort of our room) hours until my issue was resolved. The issue with my car was very stressful and I'm very grateful that we didn't have to sit outside in the Florida heat just adding insult to injury. If you're looking for a place to rest your head, rest it at a hotel that really takes care of their people. read more

This is not my favorite hotel but by all means it's not due to service. Service is fantastic and friendly. The front desk is attentive. There is always free hot Serve yourself breakfast at the Hampton Inn! The lobby underwent renovation and it looks great now. It matches all the rest of the Hampton Inn designs. The hallway carpet looks like it was changed as well. Unfortunately the only hangup are the rooms itself. They meet the cleanliness standards and are tidy. However the beds are a bit uncomfortable and lumpy. In addition the part that bothers me the most is the damp smell in their rooms as soon as you walk in. I've returned several times and the dampness is always lingering in the air. It is unfortunate that the other Hilton chain is another 45 minutes away from here at least. read more

Our place to stay each time we are in town. Frequently a week or more stays as we build a house, this hotel has some top notch staff. Management and front desk are extremely attentive and friendly. Was extremely tired by the time we arrived. The front desk attendant was nowhere to be found until our Thermos bumped the countertop. But, he appeared shortly, was pleasant and quick. Elevator had a big wad of Kleenex or paper wadded up in the corner which was still there the next morning. There was already a light on in the room that we never found a switch on so we had to unplug it to turn it off. While the room was clean and the bed comfortable, I must give a failing score to the interior designer. My husband gets up early and the barn door motif (which was just odd) provided no privacy for either the light, sounds, or smells emanating from the bathroom, & if you sit on the toilet you could possibly be decapitated by the useless pull out shelf of the overly large bathroom vanity. And I smacked my arm on its corner trying to reach back to the wall for the toilet paper whose fixture was falling out of the wall (possibly because someone also had difficulty with its location). It was disappointing to not have a microwave in the room, as we wanted to warm up some coffee we had brought with us. The scavenger hunt for the coffee maker and refrigerator locations were a new one also. They are presently remodeling the lobby bathrooms. The ice, drink and snack machines are all on the lobby floor. Breakfast was laid out well. The attendant was very nice and efficient. 3 out of 5. read more

Modest but very comfortable. My room had ice cold air conditioning and a mini fridge. No microwave but unnecessary. Full breakfast, not gourmet but a filling start to your day. Beds are extremely comfortable and feature linens designed for optimum comfort. Interesting bedside tables have a pull out thing for electronics or whatever and there are built in USB charge ports on every imaginable spot, lamps, sideboards, everywhere, with power outlets too. Free wifi please get the password it delayed me a little but staff was helpful. Bathroom is fine, roomy. Closet is meh, but you should be fine. TV has a very extremely weird remote. Bring your favorite electronics, 2 hdmi and a USB and regular component stuff (2). Crackerbarrel is like 50 feet away. It's very nice, the staff, the local population definitely glad I came here. read more

We stayed here on a late Friday night in June while making our way to Jacksonville from Ft lauderdale in monsoon rain conditions. We arrived at their door around 10pm shaken up by the 3 hour drive to that point - in what should have been 2. We were welcomed by the nicest reception and calmed down within minutes with our easy check in and kind nature. Our stay was short - as you would expect at a hotel that is nestled alongside I-95 - and it was also memorable. The room was clean, the bed was comfy as you'd hope given the circumstance, it was quiet and the water pressure was good for our showers! They offer a breakfast to get out - yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc. which completed our enjoyable and well needed stay from the hard to drive weather. The only negative had nothing to do with the property itself, but more of the location - as we were anxious to have a couple of beers to settle down before bed - the stores closeby due to their location so close to major highway did not sell beer so we had to drive maybe a mile up the road. Our reception gave us this tip during check in though and instructed us on where we could find the closest shop. I respect that the stores do that, making it more challenging for career drivers to drink and drive but coming off of the white knuckled drive we just encountered made it a little harder to go back out. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again in a similar type of situation. read more

We didn't actually stay at the hotel, but I was impressed by the friendly service just the same. Our party of 5 1/2 rolled in late one night on after a bad start to a long trip. The nice lady working the counter checked for any rooms that would fit 3 comfortably (a king and a sofa, 2 queens and a sofa). When she couldn't accomadate me, she informed me that their sister hotel, Country Inn & Suites, was running slow tonight and she could call over and get me a discounted rate. I have a lot of dietary restrictions so I carry food with me - this hotel does not have a mini fridge nor a microwave in the rooms so I had to go out and buy cooler...continually adding ice so my food wouldn't spoil and just eating it cold. Breakfast was the standard Hampton fare so it was nice. My room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous and professional. The fitness center was bare bones - cardio only (treadmills, stepper), no weights like many of the updated properties so I had to pay $10 per day for a local gym's day pass. read more

As an employee I can vouch for perfection in cleanliness and making sure EVERY , I mean EVERYTHING IN YOUR ROOM IS AS CLEAN AS CLEAN can be. If not, the rooms are guaranteed. So, if I go to ANY hotel-it will be a Hampton!! For any reason you are not satisfied, they give you a free night. I used to work 8 hours straight (not even a break), if rooms needed to be ready. A few of the negatives are slow Internet, few places to eat within walking distance and limited tv channel selection. But for $89 a night, I really can't complain. read more

This hotel is absolutely terrible. It was close to my relatives and we were down from Ma visiting. Usually love Hilton properties. First night we found small black bugs in our room and brought them to the front desk, they said they had no available rooms to move us to but could send us to a totally different hotel at 10:30 at night with my 3 yo. So we killed the bugs. The second night there was the room next to us which happened to be a joining room, they were partying and very loud, smoking pot and it was coming through To our room, they were scaring my 3 yo and it was late, the front desk staff Bob was no help at all, he told me he didn't hear them and basically accused me of calling about false information. I thought this was a none smoking property? This whole stay totally ruined our vacation. I will never recommend anyone stay at this property. To go to the front desk at midnight asking for help to have them lie to my face, I'm not happy, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy read more

So, property is pretty nice. Okay breakfast, okay small pool, okay room. When there is a problem they are not willing to rectify that's apparent! Even though there are rugs every where that say "we're not happy until your happy". Our 3rd and final night at The Hampton Inn a car alarm went off ALL night long. They did nothing, lied and said they called the police and were told the police computer was down? Ummm what? So if I got pulled over the officer would say no worries, no ticket because my computer doesn't work? Why do you not take down license plate numbers? The next morning Cathy the hotel manager said she could do nothing for us because we booked through Hotwire, I even offered to stay at their property again in November if they would work with us. She offered a price that was $21 higher than what we paid online. Told me I could shop around. Well I did and we'll be staying right on the beach for less. We come to Vero Beach 6-10 times a year and will be relocating to Vero Beach in May 2020. I would have referred friends and family visiting prior to all this happening. My wife and I have been staying here ever since they opened. We feel it's an extension of our home. Brenda, Ashley, & Loretta Work so hard to make our stay special. Zenny, who runs the breakfast Buffet is great. She is constantly brewing fresh coffee,and replacing all the great omelets and other breakfast items. Where to begin? Super clean and a great location inside the outlet center. Best free hotel breakfast ever, truly, I stay in hotels 40-50 times a year and this was the tastiest complimentary one I've ever had. Service is spectacular, I left some important folders and the cleaning crew and guest services called me and held onto it tightly til I got back to them. A+++ all the way. We are Hilton diamond members so they upgraded us to a suite but very clueless what the upgrade was, because it was a very average small room w no thrills. My husband and I are staying here for the week. So far it has been great! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! There are multiple pillows on each bed with different fluffyness, which is perfect. The pool looks clean and so does the fitness center! Breakfast this morning was definatley better than most free breakfasts at hotels. I wasn't a fan of the eggs, but there was sausage, yogurt, waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and oatmeal with the fixings as other options! There was fresh coffee in the lobby this afternoon and it smelt like cookies(although I didn't see any out)! This pregnant lady suddenly needs a cookie now I asked the front desk lady what there was to do around here, and she told me a few places, but the overall location doesn't seem to have to much going on around it! Everyone here is wonderful. We were going to my Aunts 91st birthday, we checked in on Friday 9-30-16 and checked out 10-1-16. We were with five of my cousins, some of which haven't seen each other in thirty five years. From 9p.m. Until 11p.m. we sat in the lobby talking. The staff was so gracious they made coffee for us. I don't usually do a review , but felt compelled to do so. I have stayed at this Hotel twice now, each time visiting relatives in the area; each time I was disappointed. Previously, it was the garbage man outside at 6:30 AM; maybe that is beyond the Hotel's control, but a problem never the less. This time we had ants in the room and had to ask housekeeping to come change the bedding as it obviously was dirty. I travel for business a lot, and look for Hampton Inns where possible since quality is usually good. This hotel is well below the standard of a typical Hampton Inn. I suggest you stay somewhere else read more
