Checking into the Hampton Inn Odessa Trinity felt like finding a good trailhead... clean, comfortable, and everything laid out easy. The rooms were bigfoot approved: spotless, plenty of space, and beds that didn't squeak louder than my boots. Breakfast hit the spot each morning, with hot food ready and enough variety to keep even a hungry sasquatch happy. We used the conference center for the weekend. Day one was smooth, clean, and had all the tools we needed. Day two got a little hairy though... they had double booked the room so we had to cut our session short. Not the end of the world, just meant we packed up quicker than a squatch sighting. Out back by the pool is a gazebo that became our cigar lounge. Perfect spot to relax, trade stories, and puff away without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with a broken elevator slowing things down. Solid stay. The food sc Gals were the greatest and so kind, as well as housekeeping. Isabel was just so unbelievable. Everybody at this hotel deserves five stars. They should all be given raises! Hubs and I stayed for one night. This hotel is brand new and clean. From check-in to check out, everything went smoothly. The staff is incredibly nice, accommodating, and very helpful. The location is great. It's within minutes of everything in Greater Tampa Bay including Honeymoon Island, New Port Richey, Clearwater Beach, The Sponge Docks of Tarpon Springs, Odessa and Lutz. There's a growing variety of restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores in the area. A free hot breakfast is served daily with fresh-baked waffles and hearty oatmeal with toppings. Due to Covid, the buffet/kitchen area was blocked and they had one of the staff members assist guests. She poured coffee for guests and handed requested breakfast items. The dining area was open. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool, an impressive fitness center, Wi-Fi, business center, etc. Our king room was bright, clean, and spacious. Even the bathroom was spacious. The bright, modern decor in the lobby extends to all the hallways and room. The bed was comfortable. Will stay again if in the area. read more

My family was very pleased with this hotel choice in the area. It's a Hampton Inn so it's not a luxury hotel, but for what Hampton inns are it was an excellent choice. Very clean, quiet, and all the rooms and facilities were kept in excellent shape. Front desk staff was professional and pleasant. The morning breakfast was very good and everything was kept extremely clean. Although we didn't use the pool area it looked very clean and nice. For those of you with a Tesla, there is a very convenient Tesla charging station at the Wawa, which is a couple hundred yards away. Everything in this area seems to be new and it is being maintained very well. There is a dollar store located right across the parking lot which is handy if you forget anything. Really good location and compliments to the management and staff. read more

I was really pleased with this Hampton Inn! You can tell it has been through the modern update with pops of color in the decor, USB ports, etc. King room was a great size. Big TV with Netflix and free Showtime. Big bathroom with lots of counter space. Every hotel has a fridge, but they also have a small microwave. You can't beat their free breakfast, from 6am-10am, its so convenient. They have the typical fruit, cereal, muffins, etc. but also a few hot offerings which do change. For example, one day they had sausage links, the next sausage patties. They have easy to use waffle irons; one day they had blueberry batter, the next chocolate. They had the folded style egg omelettes too. Free coffee all the time. An outdoor pool is always a plus for me. Its on the backside of the hotel so there wasn't a lot of sun. Very few chairs, but still nice. The location was good. On a major roadway, but not too busy and loud. Seemed like a nice, safe area. Starbucks and Wawa right next door, lots of other food options and breweries within 10 minutes. About 20 minutes away from Tarpon Springs. Worth the price paid! This place is the best! Absolutely friendly and warm staff. Kevin at the front desk is a gem. Housekeeping here is superb. Super clean. Rooms are very quiet. We saw sunsets from our room each night. Breakfast is awesome (biscuits and gravy and bagel toppers are great!) and big plus on always hot coffee downstairs (they had iced coffee in the afternoon too!) amazing location with grocery stores and restaurants at a stone's throw. Pool is saltwater and clean. Spent a week here and was truly a second home away from home. Highly recommend! read more

We have been coming to this location since it opened about 4.5 years ago. John at the check in desk has been there since the beginning. He is very polite and helpful. This location is always spotless and everything about it is perfect. We have been to many Hamptons and this location is by far the best. This is probably the nicest Hampton stay I have ever had and I have stayed at hundreds of them across the country. Ok, it is a brand new property as it only opened two weeks ago, so that helps. However, this property was simply done right. The decor is clean & modern, yet comfortable. I'm sure that there are plenty of design options for an owner to choose and they hit this one out of the park. TV was huge (46 inch?) and had an easy to use channel guide and lots of free movies to choose from. Spacious fitness center was a huge plus and a premium breakfast: steak & egg scramble, fresh pressed juices & yogurt smoothies, etc. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Despite an initial misunderstanding of sorts on my part regarding an unexpected need to cancel within a short time of booking a late reservation, my reservation was ultimately cancelled by a staff member. I'm thankful for that. But it was the conversation with the woman who answered later when I had a question that showed tremendous compassion for my situation. She didn't even have to because my reservation was already successfully cancelled. This hotel has bed bugs! Stayed in June 2021 for my cousin's wedding. I didn't notice bed bugs until last night if stay. Manager would only refund 1 night. It has cost me more than 4x this amount to treat all my luggage and belongings to make sue I didn't bring them into my house. Cooperate won't help. Manager has final say in bed bug issues. Manager called our room and when I disagreed with 1 night refund, he hung up on me. Unprofessional! Filthy hotel! read more

Recommended but room for improvement. Good basic accommodations in a good location just off the interstate. It is right off the exit and a good, newer area. However, it was VERY congested and very busy in the area with LOTS of traffic. I experienced a lot of bad drivers here for some reason as well-not sure why, just an observation. The front desk was very friendly and nice and accommodating. They had cookies, milk, and an iced coffee bar out when we arrived - a very nice touch. It was good. The pool area had nice furniture and a lot of loungers, which was welcome. A lot of properties don't seem to spend on this. In the room, all seemed clean. However, the A/C in the room was poor and would not cool the room very much. It ran all the time but was never really cool. At least it wasn't terribly loud like a lot are. The hallways/corridors were a different story-they were always freezing - odd. The shower door was a huge, heavy glass door that seemed to be off its above-hung track and was hard to push.
