First, THANK YOU to the woman at the Front Desk who found us a room - the last room available with 2 Queen Beds & a couch bed - when I called ahead after having online booking issues (I'm Hilton Diamond). Then upon arrival, they let us move our vehicles+Rescue boats up by the front door si that we didn't need to have anyone stay out with our gear all night - SO GRATEFUL!! We arrived after midnight + were gone by 0500, but at least we were able to catch a couple hours of good sleep & hot showers (for the last time until the following Monday night a week later lol). So THANK YOU Hampton, you not only gave a quick, good sleep - but also peace of mind.

During my stay, I was subjected to false allegations regarding excessive traffic to my room. Despite my full cooperation, hotel staff had me dismissed from the property, verbally trespassed without justification, and escorted off the premises by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Furthermore, I have identified unauthorized charges made to my Chime credit card by the hotel, including a $75.00 charge for dirty towels and an additional $500.00 charge applied upon my departure today, with no reason provided. I am disputing all unauthorized charges with Chime Bank and am requesting a full refund of $1,200.00 for the total cost of my stay and the improper fees by Hilton. The hotel was higher priced than normal and completely booked for a wedding. After hours and hours of waiting to see if the noise would die down, it didn't. We asked people gathering right outside of our door if they would please keep it down as the kids were trying to go to bed...that lasted about 2 minutes. This continued on well after midnight and the front desk said they would come ask the people to congregate somewhere else, but that never happened either. Being a light sleeper there was no way I was going to be able to sleep and left around 2 am with people still partying outside of our door, and throughout the hotel it appeared. As I said, this is not the norm and was unfortunate.
