We have made this a regular stop on our family drives from the Midwest to the east coast and we have been very satisfied with the service and accommodations. The rooms are clean and up to date. The service is top notch. The facilities are all modern and very well kept. Their breakfast which is included in the room stay is also pretty good. On our last stay there were some issues with the bathroom and once we brought it up we were comped the room. I would stay here again and definitely recommend for others.

Very clean, very friendly people - and that is really all I care about when I am staying at a hotel. No bugs, no 'tude. The continental breakfast sucks, but when is it ever good really? Grab a piece of fruit, some tea and head on your way.

No call from the manager. The stuff that came out of that tub was digusting. I showed pictures, videos, and my bruise to the staff.

I love Hampton Inn's so this experience was quite disturbing. When I walked in the room I know what is a stain in the carpet. I didn't think too much of it knowing that this is a hotel. I let that go. I then went to go shower and upon showering the tub was actually clogged. To the extent that there's no way that that tub was cleaned previously if they didn't know it was that clogged. Mind you I have been dressed in a long dress long boots and well covered all day. I was not that dirty but I take multiple showers a day. The tub started releasing dirt and black soot from the sewer. I tried to rinse off as soon as possible and washing my hair was not an option. I try to get out immediately to wash my feet in the sink and slipped and fell. Mind you I have a weak arm so I can understand how I could not grasp anything to hold myself. I woke up in the morning with a big bruise on my left hip which I showed the staff in the morning. What I got you this thing I washed my feet as best as I could and that sync was also called. Not as bad as the tub. I called the front desk and let them know what was going on and also that I had to use every available towel on the floor. She said she was going to send towels up and that maintenance could not come in until the next morning. Literally I had to sleep with that stuff in the back room. Towels never came that night. In the morning the black stuff was still all over the tub. It was hard to sleep thinking of what my feet were standing in and I washed feet again in the morning. In fact a couple days later I use the chemical peel on my feet because I was still pretty disgusted with a situation. Mind you upon checking out I also saw trash underneath the bathroom sink that did not belong to me. Which made me think about that staying on the floor and everything else that I experienced in that room. I spoke to a third staff member on my way out and she wrote a report and told me that the manager would be calling me. It's been over a week now and the manager still has not contacted me. Mind you I had left the hotel the next morning and told him I was coming back in a couple hours with my daughter and wanted to make sure it was fixed. The young lady said there was no note in the file but there might be one up in maintenance. I asked her to check on it to make sure. She was unable to do it then but would make sure that maintenance went up there. I showed her all the pictures including my bruise. I called on my way back and spoke to her and she stated that it was fixed. I asked her to make sure that maintenance disinfected that tub because I had no idea what was in there. She said she would double-check and would call me back. I returned to the hotel about an hour later and she still have not called back. Upon entering the hotel she stated that it was taken care of. Of course by this time I'm a bit annoyed since you never called back and in the morning there was no message for maintenance. Upon entering the room the tub was cleaned. I did have to ask for a couple items that were never replaced in the room. And of course the extra towels never came. I always write a positive review for this hotel chain because I know how important it is for their reading and I've always had a very pleasant experience. No one has ever disregarded a very serious health issue in any Hotel chain I've ever been to.

    King room with jacuzzi tub!!

Stayed the night on our way North and got a king room with a jacuzzi tub so we could enjoy the evening watching the final four basketball game. The room was great very clean and did not disappoint!! The front desk clerks were very helpful in getting us hooked up with a pizza delivery also!! Continental breakfast had lots to choose from!! First time stopping in Bowling Green and looks like a great college town. Would love to stay longer buying heading home to Michigan after a long vacation in the south. Thanks again Hampton Inn on a great stay!!! We would come back.

The staff were extremely helpful and there was always someone at or in sight of the front desk (unlike some places where you have to go on an expedition to find someone to give you a couple towels). There is a single elevator with a scuffed floor and without a publically posted satey inspection sheet. Room keys works sometimes. My room had a Keurig (YEAH!) soft bed and comfortable furniture. It also came with the worlds most confusing TV and a fridge that would not get cold enough. My room was not cleaned properly with goober on the toliet under the seat, good job I have alcohol wipes. I stayed three nights and did not get any room cleaning during the stay. Thus I ran out of toilet paper. The breakfast is high quality foods, served in a super clean area with a great kitchen attendant. The TV is muted which I appreciate at 6:00am when food is served. On my last day the fire alarms sounded. It became obvious that the front desk overnight staff does not know how to silence the alarm which rang for 15 minutes or more than it needed to. Clearly its a training issue. for the lack of management in the building.

Friendly service, a comfy bed, a clean room, and a good price. Not too many options in Bowling Green but this was the perfect choice. It was nice stay. Good breakfast and service, you couldn't hear your neighbors, and not a bad price. If you are a Hilton Honors member, there is not too much on the HH bonus points or perks with this brand but did get free internet, two bottled water and a comfy stay. Even if not a HH member you can't go wrong. Amenities include pool, fitness room, business center area, common areas for meeting and eating, rooms have comfortable beds, and love the fridge, microwave, and sink which are features of the brand. Aside from the desk chair sliding out from under me and ending up in the floor I have no complaints. Besides, that was user error for sitting up on the edge. Careful to not try and sit on the edge. Nothing on the hotel, just me not know how to use a chair. I did want to mention that there lenty of space and storage in the rooms. It's more of a studio suite with a curtain you can pull out as a room divider if needed. Bathrooms are a decent size and eco friendly shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There is also plenty of parking around the hotel as well. Was impressed with the hotel, variety of breakfast, and service. I read a few of the reviews and my experience was different and I have no complaints. Would abolutely stay here again and happy I finally got to stay at a Home2 Suites (and that it was a good experience).

The hotel of proclaimed "limitless romance" sits awkward and unassumingly on a back road between commercial businesses. The rooms are lined buildings like windowless townhouses, almost eerie until we found our room number and pulled into our personal garage. I had been waiting months for this visit because, as expected in the Midwest, hotel rooms with personal pools can be a hot commodity so I booked WAY in advance. For a price tag of over five hundred dollars, the Grand Royal Pool Suite gave us every amenity I could've imagined; soaking tub, two person shower, plush robes, electric fire place, soft king bed, sauna and what we really drove all that way there for, our own personal, private swimming pool. During our stay at Belamere Suites we found indulgence, comfort and, as advertised, limitless romance.

The hotel is tucked away in the middle of an industrial park surrounded by semi trucks, which immediately ruined any romantic atmosphere we were hoping for. To make things even stranger, there were pieces of childlike artwork oddly placed on the outside of the buildings--nothing about it felt romantic or inviting. Inside the room, things didn't improve much. While it was clean, the rose petals placed on the bed were fake, which felt cheap and undermined the "luxury" experience they advertise. The fireplace clicked nonstop whenever we tried to use it, making it impossible to relax. The worst part of the stay was the noise. Our neighbor spent the entire evening screaming at a football game. I called the front desk to complain about the noise, and the only solution they offered was to "drive the golf cart around." The yelling stopped for about 30 minutes and then started right back up. At that point, any romantic vibe I was trying to create for our anniversary was completely gone. We were so aggravated--especially considering the extravagant price tag--that it was clear we weren't going to sleep or enjoy ourselves. We ultimately decided to leave at midnight and just go home. When I called to request some sort of reimbursement, I was offered 50% off a future stay. I honestly found that laughable--I wouldn't return even at $100 a night. This was a memorable anniversary for all the wrong reasons, and I cannot recommend Belamere Suites based on our experience.

The entry houses a wet bar with small sink, fridge, microwave, coffee and ice. The fridge has a small freezer which we used for our cooler ice packs. We put cut vegetables (car snacks) on the top shelf and they froze!. Beware what you put near the freezer. There is a plug here for their coffee pot and my travel kettle. Large closet with iron & board and mirror doors. Vanity in-room has a fair amount of space for personal items. No hooks for toiletry bags, we hung them in the closet. A towel bar for hand towels and multi-use body lotion on wall near vanity. Bathroom has no fan. Very unfortunate. It looks to be pretty recently (past year or two) renovated with new tub surround and wall paper. Everything worked well. Took a minute for hot water to reach our room (end of hall, top floor) but there was plenty, good pressure, drained well. Toilet worked as expected. Everything was clean. Towels are super soft and absorbant. Multi-use shampoo and body wash in shower. Two hooks: one back of door, one between towel shelf and shower. Bed was comfortable with soft sheets, good weight duvet, lots of pillows of varying density. Bed side table lamps have one plug and one USB in the base. Heater/ac was quieter than many I've experienced and kept the room cool during our July visit. The only thing I miss is hooks by the door for hats and coats in-room Breakfast buffet was pretty standard: juice, eggs, sausage, potato, oatmeal, cold cereal, toaster items plus muffins, and the add-in items like brown sugar, cream cheese, hot sauce, etc. Small bottles of milk for your cereal are in a fridge. No yogurt or fresh fruit. Coffee service has regular, decaf, tea and cocoa with coffeemate creamer and a variety of sweeteners. No restaurants within walking distance but plenty within a ten minute drive. Good amount of parking around the building and a portico at entrance for inclement weather loading and unloading. Three luggage carts by the entrance. App. check-in and wifi keyless entry available at this location. Free wifi with membership (free). Staff were all lovely. Hotel is clean and in good condition. .
