ROOM STUFF--NOTES: -BEDS: ok -SHOWER TYPE: bathtub style, curtain works well -SHOWER HEAD: strong, good coverage, stays hot -SHOWER SOAPS: liquid pumps, on the wall in the shower -BATH FAN: works ok, doesn't keep the mirror from fogging, but is functioning decent for the other stuff -AC: worked well in terms of strength and keeping the room cool which was great. Ours made some weird rattling noises but made up for it in cooling power. Best part of AC-no restriction on how cold you can make it which is awesome! -COUNTER SPACE: plenty in the room on desk, dresser thing, bench thingy. Bathroom has big counter as well. -APPLIANCES: rooms have a mini fridge and microwave -CLEANLINESS: recently renovated so pretty clean -CELL SERVICE : ATT phones had 3+ bars in our room on 3rd floor -has hooks on the wall: only hotel I've seen with, which is very handy -OUTLETS: plenty all over the room -CURTAINS: pretty good but not full blackout -ICE/VENDING: each floor has their own machines, didn't use but seemed to be in decent shape -SUNDRY/IN HOUSE : doesn't have one -EXTRA PILLOWS: done believe the night shift lady when she looks shocked and tells you they don't do extra pillows hear...if ya ask of course -EXTRA TOWELS: didn't ask -3RD BED--roll out bed: don't think they have -3RD BED--BYOBUB (bring your own blow up bed): yes a twin can fit but it's tight and needs a little finagling. NEARBY--TIPS/NOTES FOR NEARBY: -recommend take the road behind the hotel to get to the sports complex at BGSU, also goes all the way to downtown BG -Starbucks is basically in the same parking lot complex -Buffalo Wild Thighs is a lawn dart toss from the door -Circle K is 100yds ish away -within 0.5mi of the freeway -friends told us the nearby Kroger is decent

The staff were extremely helpful and there was always someone at or in sight of the front desk (unlike some places where you have to go on an expedition to find someone to give you a couple towels). There is a single elevator with a scuffed floor and without a publically posted satey inspection sheet. Room keys works sometimes. My room had a Keurig (YEAH!) soft bed and comfortable furniture. It also came with the worlds most confusing TV and a fridge that would not get cold enough. My room was not cleaned properly with goober on the toliet under the seat, good job I have alcohol wipes. I stayed three nights and did not get any room cleaning during the stay. Thus I ran out of toilet paper. The breakfast is high quality foods, served in a super clean area with a great kitchen attendant. The TV is muted which I appreciate at 6:00am when food is served. On my last day the fire alarms sounded. It became obvious that the front desk overnight staff does not know how to silence the alarm which rang for 15 minutes or more than it needed to. Clearly its a training issue. for the lack of management in the building.

Friendly service, a comfy bed, a clean room, and a good price. Not too many options in Bowling Green but this was the perfect choice. It was nice stay. Good breakfast and service, you couldn't hear your neighbors, and not a bad price. If you are a Hilton Honors member, there is not too much on the HH bonus points or perks with this brand but did get free internet, two bottled water and a comfy stay. Even if not a HH member you can't go wrong. Amenities include pool, fitness room, business center area, common areas for meeting and eating, rooms have comfortable beds, and love the fridge, microwave, and sink which are features of the brand. Aside from the desk chair sliding out from under me and ending up in the floor I have no complaints. Besides, that was user error for sitting up on the edge. Careful to not try and sit on the edge. Nothing on the hotel, just me not know how to use a chair. I did want to mention that there lenty of space and storage in the rooms. It's more of a studio suite with a curtain you can pull out as a room divider if needed. Bathrooms are a decent size and eco friendly shampoo and conditioner dispensers. There is also plenty of parking around the hotel as well. Was impressed with the hotel, variety of breakfast, and service. I read a few of the reviews and my experience was different and I have no complaints. Would abolutely stay here again and happy I finally got to stay at a Home2 Suites (and that it was a good experience).

After driving three hours through a seemingly endless torrential downpour, my husband and I found…read morerespite at the Belamere Suites in Perrysburg, Ohio. The hotel of proclaimed "limitless romance" sits awkward and unassumingly on a back road between commercial businesses. The rooms are lined buildings like windowless townhouses, almost eerie until we found our room number and pulled into our personal garage. I had been waiting months for this visit because, as expected in the Midwest, hotel rooms with personal pools can be a hot commodity so I booked WAY in advance. For a price tag of over five hundred dollars, the Grand Royal Pool Suite gave us every amenity I could've imagined; soaking tub, two person shower, plush robes, electric fire place, soft king bed, sauna and what we really drove all that way there for, our own personal, private swimming pool. During our stay at Belamere Suites we found indulgence, comfort and, as advertised, limitless romance.

My wife and I stayed at Belamere Suites for our 17th wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, it was…read morea major disappointment from the moment we arrived. The hotel is tucked away in the middle of an industrial park surrounded by semi trucks, which immediately ruined any romantic atmosphere we were hoping for. To make things even stranger, there were pieces of childlike artwork oddly placed on the outside of the buildings--nothing about it felt romantic or inviting. Inside the room, things didn't improve much. While it was clean, the rose petals placed on the bed were fake, which felt cheap and undermined the "luxury" experience they advertise. The fireplace clicked nonstop whenever we tried to use it, making it impossible to relax. The worst part of the stay was the noise. Our neighbor spent the entire evening screaming at a football game. I called the front desk to complain about the noise, and the only solution they offered was to "drive the golf cart around." The yelling stopped for about 30 minutes and then started right back up. At that point, any romantic vibe I was trying to create for our anniversary was completely gone. We were so aggravated--especially considering the extravagant price tag--that it was clear we weren't going to sleep or enjoy ourselves. We ultimately decided to leave at midnight and just go home. When I called to request some sort of reimbursement, I was offered 50% off a future stay. I honestly found that laughable--I wouldn't return even at $100 a night. This was a memorable anniversary for all the wrong reasons, and I cannot recommend Belamere Suites based on our experience.

Behind the coffee is a large, high ceiling, sunny area with couches, cushy seats and breakfast tables and chairs. A hotel market is next to reception. Elevators are just past reception. This four story hotel has two elevators, several meeting rooms, an indoor pool, game room, gym and laundry room with one washer & dryer. Public restrooms are at the end of the hall to the left from reception, near the pool. Our king suite has lots of room with a sofa and coffee table at one end, bed at the other, TV on top of a dress in between. A desk is on the wall as you turn the corner from the entry. The entry houses a wet bar with small sink, fridge, microwave, coffee and ice. The fridge has a small freezer which we used for our cooler ice packs. We put cut vegetables (car snacks) on the top shelf and they froze!. Beware what you put near the freezer. There is a plug here for their coffee pot and my travel kettle. Large closet with iron & board and mirror doors. Vanity in-room has a fair amount of space for personal items. No hooks for toiletry bags, we hung them in the closet. A towel bar for hand towels and multi-use body lotion on wall near vanity. Bathroom has no fan. Very unfortunate. It looks to be pretty recently (past year or two) renovated with new tub surround and wall paper. Everything worked well. Took a minute for hot water to reach our room (end of hall, top floor) but there was plenty, good pressure, drained well. Toilet worked as expected. Everything was clean. Towels are super soft and absorbant. Multi-use shampoo and body wash in shower. Two hooks: one back of door, one between towel shelf and shower. Bed was comfortable with soft sheets, good weight duvet, lots of pillows of varying density. Bed side table lamps have one plug and one USB in the base. Heater/ac was quieter than many I've experienced and kept the room cool during our July visit. The only thing I miss is hooks by the door for hats and coats in-room Breakfast buffet was pretty standard: juice, eggs, sausage, potato, oatmeal, cold cereal, toaster items plus muffins, and the add-in items like brown sugar, cream cheese, hot sauce, etc. Small bottles of milk for your cereal are in a fridge. No yogurt or fresh fruit. Coffee service has regular, decaf, tea and cocoa with coffeemate creamer and a variety of sweeteners. No restaurants within walking distance but plenty within a ten minute drive. Good amount of parking around the building and a portico at entrance for inclement weather loading and unloading. Three luggage carts by the entrance. App. check-in and wifi keyless entry available at this location. Free wifi with membership (free). Staff were all lovely. Hotel is clean and in good condition. .
