I came in for Navarre/Pensacola Beach and this hotel is super close to the bridge that leads over there without the toll. The rooms are a little dated as the television in the room looks like a flat screen from 2005. The bathroom was quite large. Ac was cold and rooms were quiet. Breakfast had a decent variety and there was hot foods like sausage and eggs. I think the hot breakfast and dining area is the best part of staying at Hampton Inn. It was nearly 4pm and my room wasn't even cleaned yet. I was told that there were 70 checkouts and that's the reason, I was like how is that my problem? Guests expect their room to be cleaned in the afternoon when they get back from the beach. The swimming pool was about the size of a kid's pool. The price was very good for this time of year.

This place really goes above and beyond to make your stay the best. They have a great breakfast every morning and mix it up. Super friendly staff offer the kids cookies and snack packs. It's clean and cozy and not only a short drive to the beach.

Upon check in the front desk representative booked us in an occupied room. She then couldn't figure out who was in that room and switched our room. We went up to our new room, 430. Our room was a king studio suite. The room was very nice and spacious. We had a fridge, coffee pot, microwave and sink area. The shower was nice and hot. The towels and rags were plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and below average. There were only two hot items, French toast sticks and scrambled eggs with ham. They had a waffle machine. I saw a couple of yogurts and cut fruit. The boiled eggs were not peeled and were hard to get out the shell. They have instant grits and cooked oatmeal. I basically ate toasted bread and oatmeal and drunk coffee. Hampton does not have good breakfast and they desperately need healthy options for health-conscious guests who prefer whole wheat, and non pork breakfast meat options. Twenty dollar incidental hold on my card even though they told me there was none. I think the rooms at 115 is overpriced for Hamptons because there are other Hilton hotels cheaper or the same price that are nicer and have more amenities and better breakfast such as Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites and Home 2 Suites.

This hotel was well maintained. It has a very nice lobby area, breakfast area and fitness center. The Roos were good size clean and had adequate amenities for this level if property. Breakfast bar was well stocked an the staff of 2 kept the table clean and the bar stocked. All products were fresh and good.

Toilet was very low, but facilities all worked well. The comp soap, lotion and shampoo/conditioner smell amazing and made my hair feel so smooth! I wanted more of it. Parking is free. The only off-putting aspect was since the doors are external, the wind made the doors rattle all night long and our room was by the elevator which creates a tunnel effect for the wind. We also saw the hall light from outside, even with our shades closed. If back in the area we will try again and hope to get a better assigned room.

Upon check-in, the only luggage carts the hotel had were two small carts that looked like something you would find in the Lowes Garden Center. No place to hang anything. Multiple trips to move in. The room had a musty odor, it is by the water, so that was not an initial concern. The air conditioner in the room would not adjust. Regardless of the setting, it stayed the same. Then came the rain on Tuesday. We did the antique thing and upon returning to the room that afternoon, the humidity was bad. All our clothes were damp. A book my wife had brought had the pages and cover completely curled from the humidity, and vitamins in a plastic case were starting to melt. The refrigerator had so much condensation on the outside it was running onto the floor. Other issues included the lights over the sink looked like they were about to fall out of the ceiling and the grab bar in the tub was broken in half. On Tuesday night, the hotel appeared full (parking lot) and there wasn't enough band width to stay connected to the WIFI. Last, as we were leaving to go home (a day early), my wife opened the window covering and said you need to see this... The bottom of the curtains had black mold.

We spent five days there with our RV recently. It was our first time at this particular campground so we did not know what to expect. Needless to say, we were very pleased with everything that the campground had to offer. I can't decide whether our favorite part was the pier where we were able to descend into the Santa Rosa Sound to cool off during the hot afternoons or the delectable ice cream that was served in the ice cream parlor! I also liked that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby on the main road. I'd probably come back again if given the choice. I highly recommend anyone wishing to camp in this part of the state of Florida to check out the Navarre Beach Campground.

Throughout our…read moreuninterrupted week-long stay, I observed a diligent team of three to four individuals consistently tending to the grounds. Their prompt response to a sizable sinkhole near the entrance was commendable, as they promptly cordoned off the area and swiftly arranged for the replacement of underground pipes responsible for the leak and subsequent formation of the sinkhole. The meticulous upkeep of the grass, impeccable cleanliness of the pool area, and well-maintained outdoor restroom facilities further attest to their commitment to maintaining high standards. Additionally, the presence of amenities such as a basketball court and tennis courts adds to the appeal of this complex. While our stay was limited to one week, it is worth noting that residents of this condominium bear a substantial monthly Homeowners' Association (HOA) fee of $710, which amounts to an annual sum of $8,520. Admittedly, this may appear to be a considerable expense. However, it is essential to consider that the units within this complex, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, are valued at $750,000 each and are consistently rented out for weekly rates ranging from $4,000 to $5,000. Given the continuous occupancy and the need for ongoing maintenance, it becomes evident that the expenses incurred are necessary to ensure the property's seamless operation. During our stay, there was a temporary disruption as one of the three elevators experienced a malfunction. However, it is worth mentioning that the issue was promptly addressed and resolved by the end of the day, reflecting the management's commitment to maintaining a functional environment for residents and guests alike. It is important to differentiate between negative reviews pertaining to individual units and the vacation rental companies or individual owners responsible for leasing them, as these reviews do not accurately reflect the overall quality of the condominium complex itself. The management solely oversees the maintenance and upkeep of the shared facilities, including the pool, tennis court, outdoor areas, parking lot, gates, and other communal spaces, rather than the individual units. In conclusion, this condominium complex exemplifies efficient management and impeccable maintenance. The dedication of the staff to the upkeep of the property and the provision of desirable amenities contribute to its overall appeal. While some expenses may seem high, they are justified considering the value and demand for the units. It is important to recognize that negative reviews attributed to specific units are unrelated to the management's efforts in maintaining the complex's shared areas and are that of the individual owners (personal owner or some vacation rental company that owns the unit). If you're planning a trip to Navarre Beach, do yourself a favor and avoid all properties managed by Vacasa LLC. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we encountered nothing but problems. To start, the condo had a coded entry door followed by two keyed entries. Despite being provided with a code, we were never given a key. We initially entered the condo using the code, but when one of the keyed doors accidentally shut, we were locked out. What followed was a nightmare of incompetence. We called and messaged every contact number provided, only to be met with disbelief and rudeness. Several representatives outright denied the existence of a keyed door, and I was hung up on multiple times. Finally, after nearly two hours of waiting, I reached a representative named Cedric who, thankfully, took our situation seriously and promised to send someone with a key. During this time, my family and I were forced to wait outside in the humid Florida weather for almost two hours. This trip was meant to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday, but instead, we spent hours outside, watching her birthday cake melt into a sticky mess. When the manager, Leslie, finally arrived, she showed no urgency whatsoever. Accompanied by two friends, she casually walked up to the second floor, unlocked the door, and left without a single word of apology or acknowledgment. The lack of urgency and basic human decency was astounding. What if a child had been trapped inside, or worse, on the balcony? The property's indifferent response to this safety hazard is inexcusable. Our plans for a birthday dinner were completely ruined, with no accountability from the property. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning of our troubles. Once inside, the property itself was riddled with issues. The refrigerator door wouldn't stay closed, forcing us to prop it shut constantly. All small kitchen appliances were dirty, or in poor shape. The furniture was stained and old. The kitchen table is leaning causing items to simply slide off on the floor. One of the bathtubs didn't drain properly, making it almost unusable as it took 20 minutes to drain after a shower. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar, dishes in the cabinets and drawers were dirty, there was a urine stain on one of the beds, and none of the bathrooms were clean. There was hair and grime in the showers requiring us to clean the entire space before we could relax. Moreover, the building's elevator had an inspection that was over a year out of date--a serious safety concern that I have documented and will be reporting to the fire department. During our stay, we also witnessed people engaging in explicit activities on a balcony, yet security seemed more concerned about policing my children getting out of the pool on time. Despite alerting security, nothing was done about the inappropriate behavior. To add insult to injury, after checking out on time and returning all wristbands as required, I was charged an additional $313. When I contacted the company to dispute this charge, they falsely claimed that we checked out an hour and a half late and left trash in the unit. This is an outright lie. I have Life360 screenshots proving when we left, and we were never informed that we needed to take out the trash, although all major trash was removed. I am now disputing these fraudulent charges with my bank and will be reporting this property to the appropriate authorities for the out-of-date elevator inspection. This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of all properties owned by Vacasa LLC in Navarre Beach.
