Not a bad place to stay at. Hampton Inn & Suites Navarre was home sweet home for us as we evacuated to avoid Hurricane Helene. Stayed for a couple of days. The suites were quite spacious with a mini fridge and a microwave to boot. The latter was convenient as I reheated up leftovers while working. Anyway, parking is complimentary, as is breakfast, which had eggs, toast, bacon, etc. I think honestly my only complaint about this hotel is that we happened to get a suite right in front of the pool and that was a bit distracting. Yes, you could pull the blinds down, but it doesn't mean we still didn't hear the noise. read more

I came in for Navarre/Pensacola Beach and this hotel is super close to the bridge that leads over there without the toll. The rooms are a little dated as the television in the room looks like a flat screen from 2005. The bathroom was quite large. Ac was cold and rooms were quiet. Breakfast had a decent variety and there was hot foods like sausage and eggs. I think the hot breakfast and dining area is the best part of staying at Hampton Inn. It was nearly 4pm and my room wasn't even cleaned yet. I was told that there were 70 checkouts and that's the reason, I was like how is that my problem? Guests expect their room to be cleaned in the afternoon when they get back from the beach. The swimming pool was about the size of a kid's pool. Both the Travelocity and United (airlines) sites indicated pet fees were $50 per stay. My wife called and confirmed with the hotel before booking. Upon checking in, the clerk told us it was $50 per day. I attempted to explain what the websites said and was ignored. I was saddened to see that this hotel was not as clean as was stated in some of the previous reviews. As well as they do not regularly clean the rooms. I have a Thursday thru Monday stay and was informed they would not be cleaning my room while I was staying at this hotel. The front desk lady (10-22-21 @ 8pm, I did not catch her name) was hanging out with a friend and gossiping. When i asked to have my room cleaned in the morning she informed me it wouldn't be cleaned till I left as they do not clean rooms on weekends. I said I would probably never stay here again she said okay that's fine with us and started laughing with her friend. Earlier in the day they were folding the hotel laundry in the front lounge area where guests usually eat breakfast or sit and talk. I stay at Hampton's often because they are usually very clean, well kept, friendly, and affordable. I also usually stay in hotels as they do the cleaning otherwise it's smarter to stay in an Airbnb. If I could get my money back for the remainder of my trip I would change hotels. read more

Just checked out of this hotel on yesterday. Worst experience ever! We were stuck next door to two large cane corsos that were left in the room by the owners for our entire stay. We contacted the front desk and were told by a women that worked the desk she would fix the problem. She did not, we called again. She assured us she would notify the owners when she could find a staff member to knock on the door because nobody would answer the phone. The dogs barked every time the elevator opened or guest left and closed any doors. We got NO SLEEP AT ALL. We called the next morning and asked if we could move, they said they were 100% filled and couldn't accommodate me. I then asked SHAWN OR SHAUN they guy working the day shift if they could speak to the guest. He told me he had no idea who had the dogs so it wasn't much he could do. I then asked for a refund for the remaining night and was told no, since I payed through a third party site. I couldn't believe I was forced to stay another night under the same conditions. No reason I shouldn't have been refunded so that I could have stayed elsewhere to at least get some rest on our vacation. I stay at this hotel yearly and this was the worst experience and not worth the money we spent. read more

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for our recent trip to Navarre. This isn't beachfront property - nor do they claim to be. What it is, is like every Hampton, a low-priced option to spend the night, with a free breakfast. As long as you have a car, it's a great place to stay. Take a quick, beautiful drive across the bridge and you are at the beach. The room that we stayed in was easily $50 cheaper for the night than anywhere in Pensacola, plus they had a free breakfast. No, not a gourmet meal, but enough to start the day (waffle iron to make huge waffles, eggs, bacon, french toast sticks, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal with various toppings, pastries, etc). This is an extra bargain because, really, there aren't that many outstanding restaurants in Navarre - but you won't go hungry. If you come down during peak breakfast hours though, be prepared to wait for a seat, or bring it back to your room. The employee who checked us in was very friendly. They even called about 10 mins later to make sure everything was fine, which it was. The room was clean, well-stocked with toiletries/towels, had a flatscreen TV (not that we watched it), etc. As Jonathan mentioned, though, the rooms themselves do not have WiFi. You have to hardwire your laptop to the ethernet connection to access the internet. Not a huge deal, though, we were here for the beach, not to play on the internet. Plus they do have WiFi in the lobby if needed. This isn't anything outstanding, but it's cheap and convenient. I would return, especially if on a budget! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First of all, when we booked we requested a roll-away bed. The room we got couldn't fit one, so since we were only staying one night, they upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost. I slept on the roll-away, which was uncomfortable to me, but the manager helped me out by providing me extra bedding. The service we received for our one night was exceptional. Plus the woman at the front desk, Amanda, recommended us a great restaurant and a lovely scenic drive. The continental breakfast was also really good. Upon check in the front desk representative booked us in an occupied room. She then couldn't figure out who was in that room and switched our room. We went up to our new room, 430. Our room was a king studio suite. The room was very nice and spacious. We had a fridge, coffee pot, microwave and sink area. The shower was nice and hot. The towels and rags were plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was underwhelming and below average. There were only two hot items, French toast sticks and scrambled eggs with ham. They had a waffle machine. I saw a couple of yogurts and cut fruit. The boiled eggs were not peeled and were hard to get out the shell. They have instant grits and cooked oatmeal. I basically ate toasted bread and oatmeal and drunk coffee. Hampton does not have good breakfast and they desperately need healthy options for health-conscious guests who prefer whole wheat, and non pork breakfast meat options. Twenty dollar incidental hold on my card even though they told me there was none. I think the rooms at 115 is overpriced for Hamptons because there are other Hilton hotels cheaper or the same price that are nicer and have more amenities and better breakfast such as Hilton Garden Inn, Embassy Suites and Home 2 Suites. read more

Looking for a place to stay in the Pensacola area last minute for Labor Day we found the Hampton Inn & Suites in Navarre. We wanted to have a suite with a frig and Wi-Fi and that is what we got. With the military discount it was a good deal. The staff was very friendly and professional. The free breakfast wasn't of interest to me until I found the oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit toppings. The hot water and tea is available all the time and I certainly appreciated that. It is a nice place to stay if you are in the area. read more

The breakfast is amazing -- I CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT WAFFLES! :) My only complaint is the dingy feeling carpet in the room, and the grout in the bathroom. Also my shower was more like a mist instead of something with greater pressure. These issues would not keep me from staying here again though. read more

This is a good location in Navarre if you want to be close to the beach. We were 5 minutes away and although the first night of parking was terrible the next night was much better. This location is next to an apartment complex and residents there use the Hotel parking lot to park trucks and trailers for their weekend moves. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable and nice brand of toiletries. The best thing about staying at a Hampton is breakfast is included and there were a variety of options. I would stay here again if I visit Navarre again. There was no noise from the hallways and you couldn't here conversations or showers from the rooms next door which is away's a bonus. read more

Staff (Amanda, specifically) was gracious and accommodating. They upgraded our room for free when the roll-away bed wouldn't fit into it. The king-sized bed I stayed in was super comfortable. My niece reported that the sofa bed was also comfy. My friend was stuck on the roll-away, which apparently wasn't so comfy. But staff was helpful in resolving the issue by providing extra bedding to act as a cushion against the metal bed frame. My friend was satisfied with her experience after that. read more

I frequent Hampton Inns during my business trips. This is a good location with easy access to lots of local restaurants and shops. My suite was very nice and clean and can't be beat for the price which was $20-$30 cheaper a night than any comparable hotel in the area! Those more expensive rooms at other hotels weren't suites! This hotel exceeded my expectations. Sure, Hilton properties are expected to be the "Best of the Best", and this Hampton Inn and Suites in Navarre proves me to be correct. The person running this hotel knows exactly what they're doing. Hiring a full staff that sincerely cares about you as their guest makes one not miss being away from home. From front desk, housekeeping, breakfast and maintenance (needed AC fixed and he was on it ASAP) these ppl will make you feel like you never want to leave. We recently traveled to Navarre, Fl and loved our stay at the Hampton Inn. They were very friendly and the closeness to the beach without the high cost was perfect. Our room had a fridge and wifi, the beds were very comfortable and my kids loved the breakfast buffet. You can make your own waffles, complete with m&m's and whipped cream if you want. There's oatmeal, fresh sliced fruit, a juice fountain, hard boiled eggs, pastries, and my favorite were the hot options. One day it was omelettes and awesome breakfast potatoes, the next it was french toast and eggs with ham and cheese. This is home cooked meals that the kitchen ladies obviously take pride in. I LOVE this hotel chain. I have never been let down and probably stay in a Hampton Inn 5 to 10 times year. The hotel was very easy to find and was close to everything. The staff is wonderful. We requested a crib and got a pack and play which was alright. Brandon the man on duty said he was unable to put it in our room due to being the only one there. Could have used the help because it was heavy and I was juggling two very small kids. It was a nightmare to put together but I got it in the end. The room was wonderful. The air was on when I got in an felt fantastic. The bed was SO soft and smelled clean! The sheets felt like satin and we all fell right asleep. There was a lot of little shampoos and conditioners available. I have long hair and that wa d important for me, I forgot to bring mine and thought it was going to be a nightmare. The little make up removers were such a thoughtful item. I loved this hotel, so clean and comfortable. I'm never disappointed with them and continue to b e impressed. read more

The hotel is easy to get to and has good parking. The noise is a little high being off a busy road, but not too bad and being close to the road makes it convenient to get to.
