my goal in writing this review is towards management. one of your employing by the name of Diane apparently she was upset with one of her colleague, a lady name Tammy. I was in the reception area at 4:30 am for the next one or so in a half she did nothing but complain about a lady name Tammy. it was too early to pay any attention to her but she was upset. upon leaving around 9:00 am Diane was on the phone with I am guessing her manager complaining about Tammy. I gather the supervisor wanted to speak to Tammy but Tammy was assisting three guest at one time . Daine blew up and yelled in the phone see what I have to deal with. at this point I had enough I yelled loud in hoping the supervisor would hear me over the phone stating she was taking care of the guest. diane. became frustrated and hurried up into the next room. she was so unprofessional. Yet Tammy just continually doing her job. Other guest were commenting among one another. I tried to find the website but couldn't find it. in my opinion Diane needs team building training. read more

We are traveling and this was right off the interstate. we are Hilton Honors members. This hotel is old and it shows it. The carpet in the room was damp and overall the room had a strong mildew smell. I have marked it as a do not stay here again. Couldn't wait to leave. read more

We are in a handicapped room and there is a bathtub so shower was no accessible. Bedding was questionable and thread bear. Mirror was filthy and overall room was in very basic. We will never visit this Hilton property again! 1 star as staff was good read more

My husband and I stayed here on our way home from Florida vacay! It was a one night stay right off the interstate! Neighborhood outside a little sketchy in the daylight! But there are restaurants near by. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but didn't acknowledge my Diamond membership level. Room was comfortable and so was bed! Breakfast good! read more

Had a pleasant stay here while traveling to Fort Lauderdale. The complimentary breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. While Adel isn't much of a destination, this Hampton Inn served my needs perfectly for an overnight stop. Would stay again when passing through. read more

Front desk staff was great-- room was dirty. We had to ask for clean sheets and the bathroom had hair on the walls and in the tub. Breakfast was meager. Not up to normal Hampton Inn standards! read more

First impression was not good. There was an old van with trailer parked in front of the main entrance. There was cement/concrete debris leading from the trailer to the door and some tracked in. They are replacing the laundry room floor but there has to be another way to get in. There is also a washer or dryer outside the front door. They also charged $169 for an $80 room PLUS a $50 incidental deposit. Why the 50 when I was paying full price. I when I made the reservation on line it was supposed to be points and cash. She didn't see that and didn't offer to help. I also chose a 1st floor room when I checked in on the app. She could not accommodate this. When I opened the door to the room the moist heat and smell of mildew was overwhelming. It did improve to a certain degree with the air cranked way down. I had to sleep in a hoodie. The room was not particularly nice and it is in need of a n update. Not particularly clean either. There was no WiFi in the room and one of the employees seemed to be sleeping behind the front desk. STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hilton should be ashamed. read more

Pool hasn't been serviced for some time, but specifically for the time I was there it wasn't open, because the pool company hadn't come by. This is Adel GA in June....nothing much to do and it's 94 outside. We always stay here when visiting family, but not next time. I don't care if I'm a rewards member, won't take the risk again. read more

Front desk associate was ABOVE AND BEYOND. Room was very dirty :( not the usual Hampton inn experience read more

I'm going to give this 5 Stars if it's just one night. Especially if you've got a dog. A lot of the people that stayed here had pets and they had a a p p grass area for them which was nice. We stayed in the first floor room 140 it was quiet and clean I think. The whole place smelled good and you got a free breakfast. The price was very reasonable. The bed was firmer than what we would prefer but fine for one night. read more

This establishment is very unfair to customers and judgmental. The manager greatly lacks professionalism and needs training in customer service. I will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone. A lot of improvements need to be made before this hotel can be called a quality hotel! read more

ROOM #302: I checked in hotel via app the day before arrival date. I arrived at 2:50 PM (check-in is at 3PM) only to find 3 staff members standing around and one said that the "only the sheets needed to be changed" and asked if we could return back later. Once we returned a few hours later, there was no shower curtain, major leak in bathroom leaking all over the floor (used towel and garbage can to catch the leak-glad there was no slip and fall), empty conditioner bottle, no tub rug and only 3 towels for a double queen room. Pool was closed "for maintenance" and appeared to need only cleaning...front desk said it has been down for weeks, which was the most disappointing as there was NO mention of this online. While at the front desk, the clerk gave us a shower curtain and asked if we can hang it up ourselves (she had to call off duty mgr to find any extra's in the hotel which took about 3-4 hours). Around 11:30PM, I called front desk to see if they can bring me some bath towels and she asked if I could come downstairs to get them, so in my PJ's, I go to get them and she said that "housekeeping was running behind" and only had ONE towel available. I will never stay at this hotel again especially for the $253.00 I spent for the worst hotel experience. It is like a Motel 6 with a lavish price. read more

Hotel is older and not up to the companies current standards. The rooms are dingy and very musty. Mold was found in the room. Didn't appear to be that clean. The town is ok for a quick overnight stay but there is nothing in this town. I recommend not staying here and going to Valdosta read more

Good and clean to stay overnight. The place was quiet and the service good. We got here around 12 am and the guy help us a lot. Breakfast is free but is only coffee, a muffin and juice. Parking is free too. read more

I have stayed here many times and I've always had a great experience. The rooms are clean the front staff is always super friendly no matter what time of day or night you check in or out. The beds are comfortable and everything is up to date. The location is very convenient to the interstate and Walmart. read more

Old. Old bedding and dingy old grey towels. Everything seems damp. Linens need to be replaced. Not the usual Hampton inn standards. Furniture in the rooms needs a good steam cleaning. read more

Living my worst night. I think that it is a relatively new hotel? NOT sure. My room is on the second floor, I feel like I am in a room underneath a basketball team. You can hear everything everywhere and there is easily a half inch gap between the door and the door frame of the room. It rained hard about an hour ago, the water is rushing down parts of the building that it shouldn't be - not inside the room but also NOT outside the building, but LOUDLY. Hopeful that I get some sleep. read more

I could not have been more happy with this hotel. It was very clean, breakfast was as expected, and the staff at the front desk could not be more accommodating. They have a huge fenced in dog park, which I just haven't not seen ever. If you are traveling with a dog, this is a must. The front desk encouraged us give them our cell phone number while we walked to dinner, just in case our dog starting barking or whimpering. Everybody's experience is different, but ours was really more than we expected. read more

One of the best Hampton Inn I've ever had the privilege to stay in. The hotel is clean, well kept, and has an AWESOME STAFF! There wasn't any of them that wasn't courteous, kind, and very professional! I would highly recommend staying here read more

Nicest Hampton Inn I've ever stayed in. Would stay again. Convenient stop for road trips in/out of south FL.

The staff was not friendly at all from check in to breakfast bar. The only great thing about our experience was the fenced in dog area. That was really nice. This hotel does not offer no-contact check in. read more

The hotel was clean and had a great breakfast. There is even a fenced dog park which I think is awesome. There is a pool but we didn't try it out. The bathroom fogs up and gets really warm. Warning- directions on GPS are wrong. The room felt damp and muggy even with the AC. read more

This is a great place to stay the staff was very friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept. The fenced in pet run is just fantastic I wish more of these would be built by Hilton hotels. If you're traveling with a pet stay here you'll love it! read more

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults almost couple of months before my stay. Completed online check in 1 day before arrival and was asked what time I would arrive which I selected after 10pm. Arrived the next evening around 10:45 and was told I was "upgraded" to a king bed. I told the receptionist that would not work since I have 4 adults and I want the room I reserved which was 2 queen beds! Of course, they over booked and no longer have a room with 2 queen beds. I asked the lady why even bother making reservations when you do not honor them! My party and I had to drive back home extremely tired which was over 2 hours away. Hilton by Hampton should change its membership club name from Hilton Honors to Hilton NO Honor! Confirmation # 90868200. read more

This is an ok Hampton. It's a little older and could definitely use some updating. The hotel was in a decent place and a hot complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again if the Hampton in Tifton is too full like it was this time. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped and spent the night here on the 4th of July in the middle of a 15 hour road trip from south Florida back to North Alabama. We checked in very late (3:30am) and the manager on duty was very helpful! He was extremely friendly and got us into our room as soon as possible. We got a smoking room and enjoyed actually being able to smoke in the room. The room and bathroom were VERY clean. The bathtub was a great, and big enough to run a bath and soak in comfortabley. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. If I'm ever in this area again overnight I will be staying here again. read more

An older hotel but it is very clean and the staff is most friendly. TVs are flat screen. Rooms could use a little more decorations though.

This is an older and smaller Hampton Inn. It is slightly run down and dated. The furniture in the rooms and bathtub were showing some age. This is a quiet place to stay. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way when my 2 year spilled something on our bedding. The breakfast was hot and delicious! This location only has an outdoor pool and no hot tub. They do allow pets and have a fenced doggy yard which is great for travelers with pets. read more

Staff was super nice and let us park the truck with the bikes and motorcycles under the covered area where you check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the pillows and comforter - very comfy. And to top it all off, breakfast was yummy! I highly recommend this hotel! read more

Were on drive back to Huntsville from South Florida and looked for somewhere nice and safe to stay with my family, late in there evening to break the drive up. I still don't get why I can't rate things with half stars, b/c I would have given this a 3.5 star score...but you can't, so 3 star it is. Here is why. Decor of Lobby: The lobby and breakfast area is very well done and I can tell has been very newly updated. High end look and feel, and very sleek and clean. This would be 4 star+ Room: to bad and spacious and generally acceptable, but not 4 star quality since a bit dated. Some features are a bit dated like wallpaper in bathroom was older and saw some issues peeling on the seems. But nothing that was any type of significant issue. Just a bit dated. Bed: I will say though, the bed was very very comfortable. Loved sleeping in it, so this was quality. Breakfast: Was good and had eggs, meat and a lot of other options you expect -- and free as usual! I was very happy with the choices and the coffee was good, as I have come to expect. All in all a good stay, and solid place. Just need a little more updates in rooms, but all in all good place. I had a great gov't rate at 83$ plus tax, so that was good and a deal. I would stay again! read more

Where do I begin, my husband and I attended the drag races in town for the weekend and checked into this hotel. First, there is only one elevator that needs to accommodate an entire hotel. Second, we had the king suite, and expected to feel comfortable for the amount that was charged. Our room carpet smelled like it was drenched in urine, from an animal or human, or who knows. The furniture was stained and the bed linen was filthy!. I was so disgusted and it was to late for us to leave, that we slept in our clothes with jackets to cover our heads. It was DISGUSTING! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! read more

Please do not stay here as this hotel has bed bugs and the management staff is extremely rude. When she was told about the bed bugs she rudely hung up on me and never returned my calls and we were never compensated. I will never stay at this location again. It's filled with bed bugs. read more
