There's also a Hardee's attached, which makes it a convenient stop for a quick meal. The employees were friendly and even wished us safe travels, which was a thoughtful touch. Curiosity got the better of me as to how that works: a charge, fee, how much? Being too shy to ask, I inquired of Google, which tells me that, yes, there's a charge in most cases, $10-$15, soap, towels provided (reasonable!), but due professionals who is in a certain amount of gas/diesel (50 gallons was suggested), they get a code for a free or reduced-cost wash-up. Or only concern was getting the EV charged up to get going again. 56 cents per kwh is no bargain ( hence, not 5 starts), but when you're traveling like we were, you don't count the cost. Also a Truck Stop so that may give some insight on the bathroom situation. Its easy to get off the highway exit and enter into the lot as it sits just right to the highway, but to get back on, you have to drive down about a third of a mile, make a u-turn and then hop back on 75N. Not a big deal, but everyone loves and easy in and out highway gas station. Good number of pumps, so you're not having to wait for people to pull away from the pump before you can start filling up.

Called and they said the system puts a hold on your card if you pay at the pump. Up to 72 hours for the funds to be returned to your account. If this is going to be their policy they need to inform customers or at least put a sign up at the pump noting this charge. This is crazy and as always there is nothing no one can do about it.
