We stopped at this new Racetrac location just off Interstate 75 while traveling back from Florida around sunrise on a Sunday morning. This is a new concept store for Racetrac, one of the few Racetracs we have been in that now offers truck islands. The truck islands are located at the back of the store, with the auto islands in the front. We fueled up with regular unleaded, and the new pumps are in perfect working order. The parking lot is larger than most, so it is very easy to find parking and get in and out. It should be easy for vehicles pulling trailers, such as campers, which is difficult at many stops when looking for gas or diesel when pulling a large RV. Inside the store is huge, with lots of open space and selection. We purchased coffee, since Racetrac has the best coffee on the road in our opinion. We also purchased hot food items, which were fresh and excellent. The staff at the front counter was very friendly and greeted us as we walked up to the counter. We elected to use the self-checkout, which is fast and easy. This new location even has an indoor dining area, which creates a great added value for people who need a break from the road while stopping for a bite to eat, bathrooms, and refreshments. This will now be added as a regular stop for us on our Florida trips.

    Great gas price

Let's not get reckless. Nobody is confusing this place with the Disney World of gas stations. But Busy Bee absolutely wants you to know it studied the Buc-ee's playbook in great detail and copied enough homework to pass the class. And honestly? Respect. After hours on the road, I pulled in needing gas, caffeine, food, a restroom, and probably some emotional reassurance from the highway gods. Busy Bee delivered on most of it. First off, the bathrooms were clean. Not "gas station clean." Actually clean. That alone immediately moves a roadside stop up at least one full star in America's travel grading system. Then came the snack exploration phase. They had homemade jerky, specialty snacks, random road trip impulse purchases, and enough "well I wasn't planning to buy this but here we are" items to keep me wandering around longer than intended. It's the kind of place where you walk in for a drink and somehow leave holding candied pecans, smoked sausage, and a giant bag of pork rinds you'll later regret in silence. The overall vibe was solid too. Convenient. Clean. Easy stop. Good energy from the place itself. The employees though? Let's just say the staff had the collective facial expression of people who may have originally applied at Buc-ee's and ended up here after the universe made other plans. Nobody was rude. But there was definitely an emotional support shift happening behind the counter. Still, for a highway stop, Busy Bee absolutely gets the job done. It's a good place to refuel both your gas tank and your stomach before heading back into the chaos of interstate survival. This is probably a true three-and-a-half star stop if we're getting technical about it. But Yelp refuses to acknowledge the beauty of nuance, and I'm feeling generous today. So four stars it is for the little roadside gas station that looked at Buc-ee's empire and said, we can absolutely make a run at this thing.

Smaller campers should be just fine here, but if you have a larger camper that runs on regular gas, the pump area can feel a little tight. If you're pulling diesel, the diesel pump area offers much more space and is easier to maneuver. Inside, everything was very clean and well kept -- the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a huge plus when you're on the road. They had a great selection of snacks, hot food, and deli options. There's also a Hardee's attached, which makes it a convenient stop for a quick meal. The employees were friendly and even wished us safe travels, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a solid and convenient stop if you're passing through with a camper!

The company started in 1964 and remains family-owned today. It has grown to about 679 locations in 42 states, making it one of the largest travel-stop chains in the country. This particular location is along I-75, and we found it very easy to get to from the interstate. The layout is convenient for both cars and trucks. The gas pumps for cars are located in front of the building, while the much larger truck parking area is behind it. Once inside, we found the store relatively clean although the trash cans by the gas pumps were full. The restrooms are located toward the back of the building and were clean during our visit. Like most Love's locations, there is a good selection of drinks, snacks, food, and other items you might need while traveling. Overall, this was a nice and functional travel stop that provided exactly what we needed. It was easy to get to, had a good layout separating the car and truck areas, clean restrooms, and plenty of choices inside. If you are traveling along I-75 through the Tifton area and need gas, a bathroom break, or just a place to get out and stretch your legs, I would definitely recommend this Love's to my fellow travelers. Enjoy!
