I swear they bent over backwards to get me in that Jeep. I was upside down in my old car, but they were still able to get me in a price range that didn't make me cringe...too much (I'm cheap). All jokes aside, I've gotten vehicles from other places in the past, but can assure you that I will never again get a vehicle unless it comes from a Cass Burch lot. Since they moved to the present location, I have gone way out of my way to have them diagnose and repair tire punctures that no other tire company could even find while I was out of town on trips. We are all very lucky in Lowndes County and beyond to have Bear Tires in our community. As soon as the tow dropped us off, they looked at the truck and told us the issue and told us they could get it fixed for us by the next morning. We received the call the next day at 10:30am that the truck was fixed and ready to be picked up. They even picked my fiancé up from the hotel to go get the truck. The mechanic told us that the owner was at the shop at 7am to work on our truck, knowing that we had the baby and were on our way home asap. I highly recommend this place! We are very thankful to be home!

William saw we were not going to make it home and told me he would look at it. We limped to his shops 3 mechanics jumped to help but having a 20 year old truck luck was not in our side. So a plan was agreed upon and we got a rental car and left the truck. They drove up to get a rental car He was very conscious about throwing money at my truck We were towing a trailer so when the time came to pickup the truck a major rain storm was going to hit about the same time. They when in the back lot and hooked up the trailer to the truck. That saved me a miserable drive home. William and the rest of the folks are great people. I didn't have the…read moreopportunity to review this place before I used their services but I can guarantee anyone that you will receive top notch service. Long story short with my situation was long distance traveling, broke down on a Sunday near this area traveling through the state, had my vehicle towed to another location that was closed, had to leave it there overnight and contacted these folks first thing the next morning from 4 hours away (continued on to our destination via rental car). Not only were they accommodating via the telephone, they went and picked up my truck from the other location, diagnosed it and actually fixed it the same day at a reasonable cost. I had already assumed that my vehicle was going to require extensive work and time to complete it which is why we continued on to our vacation destination but it turns out that it was just a bad injector. Although I was out the added expense on top of my vacation spending it was minimal at best all things considered. They even allowed me to keep my vehicle on their lot for several days prior to pick up. For an out-of-towner I couldn't be happier with the service I received and quick turn around. Vehicle runs like new again and had no issues on my 1200 mile trip back home. I would easily recommend this place to anyone for diesel engine work. Thanks again.
