I had an enjoyable stay. I have a cat allergy but Saraya was kind enough to find a room that pets had not been in within the past five days. Check-in was a breeze and they honor govt discounts unlike the Thomasville Hampton Inn which was 2x the cost. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. I even got sweet potato chips and water as a Hiltons Honor perk! The rooms are tastefully appointed with a sink, microwave and mini-fridge, lots of drawer space and nice toiletries. There's a large flat screen TV with HBO unlike Best Western or Holiday Inn which have no premium channels. I appreciated the luggage rack, dining tray, work station for my laptop and roomy shower with good water pressure. There's a night-light in the restroom! I did struggle a bit with adjusting the temperature. But my room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. I even had a view of the lake! I welcomed the free breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit cup, yogurt and pour your own waffles. The dining area was clean but the staff was a bit chatty. They ran out of waffle batter and sausage at 8am. It was refilled but the wait meant I had to eat in a rush. In a perfect world, the hotel would have a 1pm late checkout option and hardwood floors or pet-free rooms for the allergy prone. But you can't have it all! Overall, great stay. This has been our go to hotel for ten years when we travel from North Alabama to the Orlando area. After driving nearly 350 miles we look forward to sitting on the patio with a cold adult beverage and watching the sun go down over the lake. NOPE! Not this time! The entire hotel is surrounded by chainlink fencing and "Mucho Peligro" (very dangerous) tape. The hotel is being renovated; so the guests must suffer, but pay full price! We asked about availability for our return trip next week. The desk clerk (really sweet, very friendly) told us that four weddings were scheduled and that rates would increase to $279 per night. I cannot begin to explain the level of LIVID PI$$ED I would be as the Bride (Think Bridezilla) if I arrived at this location to find it looking like a kissing cousin to Leavenworth Prison. I would light up the night sky like a Falcon One Heavy being launched from 39A at Kennedy Space Center. Basically this has been converted to an expensive flop house. A place to sleep when passing through. Previously we considered this property as a semi-destination. Not now. Incidentally, four out of five egresses are currently blocked. I may be wrong but I think the local Fire Marshall would have something to say about guests not being able to exit the building in the event of a fire or another emergency. We didn't book this property for our return trip; we will drive an additional 23 miles to Tifton. By the way NOTHING was mentioned about renovation on the Hilton website when I booked this property. If there had been any warning about the property I would have booked elsewhere. The last four Hilton properties we booked had some sort of renovation or construction in progress! This is not how Hilton keeps Diamond Members! I could not give zero stars, therefore I assigned the lowest possible rating. I used to be a fan! read more

My expectations were low due to the renovations, but I was pleasantly surprised. My room was very clean and modern with LOTS of electrical outlets! Their breakfast was delicious and their egg casserole was absolutely divine. If we're ever out this way again, we're definitely staying here. read more

Had an issue with the reserved room before we arrived due to a previous guest extending their stay. However David handled it via phone before we even arrived. During the evening we went to the front desk to ask for an actual glass cup (Covid-19) and Juan went above the call of customer service to help us with that unusual request. The morning breakfast was served to us instead of self-serve, another Covid-19 change, and the lady was very nice even though she was the only one working the area. Hotel was clean, rooms are nice and bed was comfy. The only negatives are that the rooms could use more light and there is no in-room safe. #VickieTravelz read more

The rooms and lobby were nice looking but when you find mildew in the shower, it becomes obvious that the remodel wasn't as well done as what it should have been. The heater in one of our rooms didn't work at all so it stayed 62 degrees in there all night long and this is December so the outside temp was lower than that. The other room did hav heat but we set it for 72 and it maintained 68 degrees. The nighttime front desk clerk was nowhere to be found to let them know. This morning we mentioned it to one of the staff and she apologized but kind of was giving excuses. Just not what we expected from a Hilton Hotel. read more

We were here for a long weekend to attend a wedding. This hotel was booked for us and what a pleasant surprise! From the big smile I received when I checked in, to the smiles when I left, the staff could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. They gave us the meeting room and allowed us to use the lobby as a gathering place. The front desk staff provided great suggestions for local activities to enjoy between wedding-related events. The room I had was spacious and spotlessly clean. I would not even consider staying anywhere else in Moultrie. This place is a class act. We are from Florida and searched for a place to stay with two dogs to escape hurricane Dorian. Nothing available in Valdosta and this place came up and we were pleasantly surprised. 1st..they allowed our dogs! Very friendly staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast. This is a great and safe place to live for a night or two or maybe longer if you can afford it . This place has great customer service. It's a very friendly and loving environment that I recommend this to all those who can afford to pay for a upscale luxury stay and I promise you can expect to be drowned in a captivating peace.. Any time we travel to Moultrie, we stay at this Hampton Inn. The rooms are always very clean, the beds are comfortable and you can't beat the price! It's in a good spot so that you don't have a load of road noise nearby and you can actually get a good nights sleep. To top it all off, the breakfast is a cut above what you expect from most hotels! read more

This is a small town with very few places to drink liquor. This Hampton Inn has free food/beer/wine on I think Tuesdays. Staff was kind and helpful. Exercise room could use some new equipment. read more
