I didn't know that my insurance applied a 5-year waiting period on this tooth, and I ended up paying $860.00 out of pocket over the quote after the procedure that could have been avoided with proper pre-authorization. I wish the administrative team had been more thorough with the insurance process. A simple step -- verifying coverage for the specific tooth -- would have made a big financial difference. So he numbed me up really good and gave me some laughing gas. The process of removing my lower wisdom teeth was fairly quick. I did get dry socket and had to come back for treatment. The staff were very friendly as well. A few years later I returned and had the same experience. Pleasant as always. This time it hurt a little more as my upper wisdom teeth were removed and they were impacted. The healing process took a little longer than the first time. I got to interact with Dr.Herbosa, as I had to go back due to some pain and discomfort. He was nice and pleasant to deal with as well.
