He's super helpful, knowledgeable on every aspect, honest, communicative and he will also say no if he can't do it, is not licensed to do something specific or just thinks it's a bad idea. But unfortunately I never got the estimate this owner claims. I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.

He didn't have any reviews yet, but I looked at the pictures on the page and did some research online, other reviews on other websites seemed very positive and held him in high regard, so I gave him a call. He was professional, knowledgable, to the point, and organized when it came to getting this job scheduled and completed, and because he was able to fit the job into the agenda we have for other home improvements in the coming days, we decided to work with Scott. He rolled up to the house with a serious squad of workers, hauling trailer with equipment, ladders, and everything needed to do the job, and they went right to work. Within an hour or two the house had transformed like it was brand new again, these guys went all over making sure to get all the spots, clean the areas well, and Scott managed them as they did the work. Scott was also able to give me an estimate of the job from just a few pictures, quoting me at 325 for the gig, which after researching was a little on the higher end, but I went with Scott because he knew what he was doing, and was able to get us into the schedule on our agenda, which was great! He offered other services such as painting, construction, and other jobs which we will definetly keep in mind for the future. We tipped extra because he handled the job like a pro!! He also replaced our stair rail and spindles and created a custom box for our support pole. I gave him a photo and he custom created it to look identical. He was a pleasure to work with and never seemed bothered when I asked him to change something. I highly recommend Joe and will definitely use him again when I have another project!
