From the months of planning to the wedding weekend itself, she handled every moving part with professionalism and ease and allowed us to actually enjoy the experience rather than stress about the details. She was fantastic at helping us find and coordinate vendors, keeping us on track throughout the months leading up to the wedding, and making sure we never felt like anything was falling through the cracks. Her knowledge of the area and local vendors was especially valuable when we were planning everything from out of state. Most importantly, the wedding itself could not have gone more smoothly. Ebs had everything completely under control, which allowed us to stop thinking about logistics, timelines, vendors, or any of the little details and simply enjoy the day with our friends and family. We truly did not have to worry about a thing. Looking back, one of the best parts of working with Ebs was the peace of mind she gave us--not only on the wedding day, but throughout the entire planning process. I think she would use a cool app to record the conversation to make sure no detail was missed! Shawna is integrated into the Summit community which makes finding and working with excellent vendors seamless. She helped with everything from catering, photographer, to DJ to hair and makeup. We ended up coordinating a much larger wedding than initially intended from our home -using a tent and all rentals with less than 6 months time Her company and the rental equipment were set up beautifully and everything I hoped for! The day of Breana was there for everything. She was thorough, calm and attentive to detail. I did not worry once throughout the day. Again, Shawna, Breck Mountain Rentals and the whole team are truly genuinely great humans and I'm so grateful they could help us coordinate such an important day! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing!

I hired Priscilla for the entire planning of my wedding which was 3,000 she collected half upfront and the rest would be 2 weeks before my wedding. From the very beginning, I had a bad feeling about working with this planner. She was often unresponsive to my emails and calls, even during the crucial stage of finding my venue. I personally set up about 10 venue appointments, while she only arranged 4. I was already close to firing her and had even started a claim with my bank to recover my $1,500 deposit. Once she realized how serious I was, she apologized and promised to improve -- and unfortunately, I decided to give her a second chance. She did help me find a florist that matched my vision, and I am grateful for that. However, that small success does not make up for her overall lack of follow-through. Afterward, her effort quickly declined again. I had to repeatedly reach out and remind her to help me find a bakery for my cake, which she never did beyond contacting one vendor that didn't work out. When I asked her for a general sequence of events for the wedding (so I could plan the timing of the toast, cake cutting, and dancing), instead of providing guidance, she just sent me a list of questions. After that, communication dropped off completely. Now, with only three months left before my wedding, she still hadn't checked in or offered any help. I decided to terminate her services, and she dismissed my concerns as "anxiety toward wedding planning." In reality, I paid her $3,000 and received little to no results. Please be aware and make sure you truly connect with and vet your vendors before signing a contract. I am still trying to reach a resolution, but she remains unresponsive. I intend to pursue this matter fully, as it's unfair for professionals to take advantage of clients during such important moments. BE AWARE.

She was always prompt with responses and we were able to count on her to execute every detail that needed overseeing from afar. Honestly, there were times that we were unable to give her sufficient notice regarding requests and she graciously and gracefully accommodated each and everyone. Weddings are a stressful affair. To try and plan one in 3.5 months seems impossible. Not true when you have someone like Emily in your corner. She was genuinely interested in making everyone happy but staying true to my original vision. She fought hard to protect the elements that meant a lot to me and there is no way to adequately thank her for that. Emily has a natural talent when it comes to event planning as evidence by her composure, timeliness, willingness to adapt and doing it all with the warmest of smiles on her face. My husband, our families and I genuinely believe we were blessed to have Emily by our side. She made our dream wedding a reality. Her eye for detail, her organizational abilities and her extensive knowledge of vendors in the Breckenridge/Vail area alleviated much of the guesswork when it came to picking vendors such as the florist, DJ, decor and even stationary. I am actually sad that the wedding is now over because I miss my regular interactions with Emily. She was such a beacon of hope and positivism at times where I was unable to manufacture my own. Her strength, charisma and wit came to our rescue every single time we needed it because they were contagious.
