From the moment I walked into his office, from the staff to the consultation, I knew I was in good hands. He is incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes his time to get to know you and keeps up with your stories. What's also great is that you can tell he's a master of his craft--he took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and create a personalized treatment plan that made all the difference, also he doesn't miss with the popping of your spine and neck. =) I'm feeling better than I ever thought possible thanks to him. Even now, I continue to see him regularly to keep my body in peak condition. He's one of the best chiropractors in Las Vegas, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch care.

I will not be returning because my clearly stated treatment boundaries were not respected…read more Before treatment, I specifically discussed my cervical MRI findings with the chiropractor, including the significant right-sided foraminal stenosis. I also explained that I was already experiencing problems involving my right forearm and thumb. Most importantly, I clearly told him that I did not want manual manipulation. I explained that I wanted ART (Active Release Technique) or other soft-tissue techniques instead. I believed I had been very clear about what I was and was not comfortable having done. Despite that conversation, he proceeded to pull on the very thumb I had told him was bothering me and cracked/manipulated my other fingers. I again told him that I did not want that type of treatment. Following the appointment, I experienced pain in my right thumb and forearm. I cannot say what specifically caused the pain, but considering that these were areas I had discussed with him beforehand, the experience was particularly concerning to me. My issue is not whether chiropractic manipulation may be beneficial for someone else. My issue is much simpler: I clearly communicated my medical concerns and expressly stated that I did not want manual manipulation, yet I felt that boundary was disregarded. Patients should be able to make informed decisions about the treatment performed on their bodies and should be able to expect that clearly stated treatment preferences and boundaries will be respected. Based on my experience, I no longer have confidence in this provider and will not return. The practice's response proves the point. Acknowledge that a consent boundary was violated instead of deflecting to billing policies, ART costs, or alternative tools. Overstepping physical consent during a medical or chiropractic procedure is not a misunderstanding of services--it is a failure to listen to the patient.

The staff was friendly, organized, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. What impressed me most was the time that was taken to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated that my questions were answered thoroughly. It was clear that my care was personalized rather than treated as just another appointment. The biggest surprise was how quickly I noticed a difference. After my very first visit, I experienced relief and could already tell that my body was responding positively to the treatment. While I understand that everyone's experience is different, I was genuinely encouraged by how much better I felt after just one adjustment. I also appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern shown throughout my visit. It's reassuring to find a healthcare provider who not only has the knowledge and skill to provide excellent care but also treats patients with respect and compassion. If you're looking for a chiropractor who is knowledgeable, caring, and focused on helping you feel your best, I would absolutely recommend this practice. My experience has been excellent, and I am grateful to have found a provider I can confidently trust with my care. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my health and well-being. Thank you

If a reschedule is needed, my request is taken care of immediately! Dr. Nebiker is outstanding at what he does every time I come in. When I leave treatment, I always feel better than I did when I walked in through their doors. So, I was in an auto accident a few weeks ago and was sent here for pain treatment. I had just assumed that a massage would do the trick and alleviate the pain that I was having (especially while walking), but after a thorough intake and initial assessment, and I now have a small understanding as to why they do what they do. They ensured my treatment fit me, and I am so happy they did. This place is fantastic!

I went for the red light therapy. I signed in 10 minutes early, and waited 20 minutes past my…read moreappointment time. The girl who does the red light comes out to the receptionist and says "my client is 20 minutes late??" And the receptionist says no she's been here for 30 minutes, I told you she was here. So they have horrible communication and I heard the whole thing I was sitting right there. The red light is whatever, the room is extremely cold and it's awkward that she talks to you for so long while naked. I'd prefer she tells me about the service while I'm dressed and when she's ready to take measurements and turn the light on that she has me undressed. I was naked and talking to her for over 10 minutes in a cold room. There was a little space heater but she shut it off. After the red light you do a vibration plate which is shoved in a corner and I was right on top of a man laying in a bed getting another therapy. So he's laying there in pain getting therapy since it's an injury place, and I'm not even 12 inches away from him, standing basically over top him on a vibration plate. Very awkward. They could have the plate in the same room as the red light or literally anywhere else. Seems like they shoved this new service in wherever they could fit it. She says she will be back in 10 minutes to assist me but never came back and I didn't know where to go until someone walked me to her office. Then they tell you the total inches you lost but not where. I'd like to have my inches before and after written down and given to me, so I can see the math myself. Who knows if the number she gave me is even real or if the math is correct? She tries to sell you on a package or doing some GLP one powder. She said she would send me more information and links if I decide to sign up after I left but I never got them. She also talks about how her boss pressures her to have everyone that comes in get a membership and gives her a hard time if they don't sign up, which was unprofessional. Felt like a gossip session. I noticed the slightest results ever, but the whole awkward experience did not make it worth it for me. I do believe the red light works if you are consistent but I'd rather go somewhere nicer, more organized and cleaner.

I usually get an appointment for after work and doctor Corey has been who I have been seeing. A handful of times throughout the years I have thrown out my lower back. My lower back going out in the earlier years would only last for about a week. Then about two years ago, it was out for two weeks. This year, it was out for three weeks. Nothing seemed to be happening treatment wise. I couldn't roll over on the table. When I got off of the table, I hit the wall and was stuck there with back spasming pain for about three minutes. Doctor Corey sent me for an MRI of the lumbar area because something was definitely wrong. I do like this place mostly because of the sports therapy that is offered. For example, my lower back pain is mostly caused from my hamstring muscles being too tight and that pulls on your lower back. That Stim treatment with the giant heating pad is a game changer. I do wish that instead of ten minutes, it was more like twenty minutes. When you have extreme lower back pain, laying face down on the massage like treatment table feels relieving. This last time with the heating pad, Stim, and laying face down on the table I found myself taking a nice nap. When that ten minute timer went off and woke me up I was like, "Damn it!" I did ask if yoga was a good idea and Corey said definitely. I have been doing the yoga and found out that I am nowhere near limber. It does help quite a bit though. I have sent many people over the years to this place for treatment and have heard nothing but positive feedback.
