It's obvious that Bella takes really good care of our fur baby Winnie and trust her completely. She is responsible and reliable and we couldn't be more grateful- especially now that I'm recovering from knee surgery and physically can't be walking our spoiled black lab every day like I used to. I'm working towards building my strength back so I can walk my dog again, but that won't be for at least 6 months. They checked my cat, gave her some medicine and fluids and before the tried to do any of this they gave me an itemized receipt that specified the procedure and cost. The veterinary only did tests that were needed and no extra "just in case" exams which I and any other pet owner would appreciate. Overall I'm very pleased with my visit to this location. Dr. Carmichael and her technician Courtney were so caring and gentle and that made me feel at ease. I appreciate the transparency and care provided for my pet that day.

Some were good but others weren't! The owner lives in Florida and is clueless. The people who came didn't read the notes I left even though I put them on top of the leash and wrote them in the portal . The dogs NEVER got fresh water and I caught some of them going through my things! 1 actually got loud with my dogs! My dogs got so stressed they now have behavioral issues. There's no one to complain to because the owner doesn't want to deal with it or worse, spins it! She doesn't respond to emails or text if she doesn't like what's in them. She ignores and won't make thinks right. Glad they're out of our life.
