I sent him a text the night before to remind him, another text the morning of, called twice and left messages, went to the lot but no one was there and I never heard a word back from him. I was stuck with the camper and had to scramble last minute to find an alternative. I can understand if something came up but he never returned my calls or texts to offer an explanation or apology. I am thankful that someone told me about the "Neighbor" app where people offer their private space for a storage alternative.

Uhaul customer service said one was available 40 minutes away. It wasn't. Finally told one was available an hour away. So we would have to pay for the gas to bring it back! We also had a crew that hired that would be sitting there waiting for my return, being paid! We called Ryan at The Parking Lot and within an hour he found one for us and had it sitting on the lot. This isn't the first time Ryan has saved our moving needs. I firmly believe Uhaul corporate doesn't care, but Ryan does! I would use Ryan and Uhaul everytime here in Beaufort!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to return the weedeater the day after I purchased it and was told they do not allow returns. My receipt clearly states that they allow returns within 30 days. There is also no signage in the store that says NO RETURNS. Being denied a return on a product that failed within 24 hrs is very frustrating and disappointing.

Worst customer service. Had a job that I set up a month ago for the equipment drop off. Had to…read morereschedule once between now and then. These guys decided to put a hold on my order, even after they called two weeks ago to confirm the appointment. So at 7:30 am, the morning of the job, I called to find out why the equipment wasn't on site. The fella who answered said it was on the way and would be 15 minutes before it was there, thanks Garrett. Decided to go and get the material for the job while waiting, another story in itself. After arriving back at 11 am, searched for the trencher and lift, only to find none, so I called to find out if it was going to be a little bit longer. Garrett answered again and informed me that my order was put on hold due to multiple time postponing it (once). I asked, why did you all tell me it was on the way, at 7:30 am? I don't know who told you that (you did stupid), but that order was put on hold. We can have it out to you tomorrow morning. Went down there to see if I could get a reduced rate since Garrett said they screwed up and they cost me time and money, and they said they couldn't, only the manager can. They never picked up a phone to make that happen, so I said cancel the order. Then another guy walked up and wanted to know what was going on, then didn't care to make it right. Push my job back another day, cost me gas and time that I had to pay my helper to drive 4 hrs and myself the same time. Neff Rental as a whole will drop the ball and refuse to make it right for their customers. Unless you have a national account they don't care.

We rented a small truck for 24 hours, stored the furniture for a few hours while the wedding was ongoing, then returned the empty truck the next morning. Very easy - and because drop of was before opening hours that Sunday, we did the key drop off and received a confirmation email later that day. Couldn't have been more convenient for what we needed.
