I had to track them down to ask for a copy of the bill, which I knew I had one coming because of the EOB from my insurance. When I got the bill, I tried to make a payment with my credit card, but their automated phone system is a non-working joke. After an outrageously long time waiting on hold, I gave my info to an operator for a credit card payment, and was told it was taken care of. The next day I get a robocall saying I still owe them money. When I call and talk to someone else, they had no record of my payment! I tried to contact the facility, but they would not help me. I am now afraid this will end up in collections, despite my having paid in full, because of their extreme incompetence.

I have been in and out of several hospitals and and cancer waiting rooms that are well designed and comfortable for the patients. Fortunately we have found somewhere else to go and will no longer visit your clinic.

Not discrediting the only one lovely nurse practitioner I did see once there. But today just really upset as I'm waiting in the patient room with health concerns and I hear my NP of the day loudly speaking out side of my room about my Health problems out in the open to whom I'm assuming was another employee ( I'm at least hoping) it made me so uncomfortable and so just pushed under the rug I don't even feel comfortable stepping foot in there anymore. She basically dismissed any concerns I had. It was very distasteful.
