Arrived early for my appointment. Waited in the lobby with no one else for 30 mins and only after I asked if it was customary to wait this long for an appt, the front desk lady finally tried to take me to the back. I refused as I was uncertain if the chair time would be longer. My only recommendation is to respect people's time! My appt was preset in advance and I still had to wait an extended period of time which is unacceptable. You don't know if I was on my lunch break or whatever and no one cared to explain the wait time as if it was normal. I decided to cancel the appt and any future appts.

Days later and my gums have not healed from the impression trays. This woman literally forced them in my mouth let the paste stiffen pulls us out meanwhile I am about jumping out the chair and admits yes that was too small I have to do it again. I literally have a 1" flap of skin on my gums on the backside of my teeth. When I told them I was glad there are forums we can speak our minds so other people don't make the same mistakes I was encouraged to exercise that right, so here I am telling anyone who wants read about it. Dr. Sue's been treating my son since he was 18 months old; his treatments include preventive care and fillings. She's treated my husband for TMJ. Dr. Sue and her staff make sure the job is done right, with no pain or scariness and are excellent! They are always friendly and ready to help!
