The tooth that I did have sensitivity... he recommended NOTHING. The total cost? $5,304.00 United States Dollars. The dentist I saw last year (with different insurance) never mentioned any problem areas. So I got their second opinion. The crown recommended for one of the teeth had chipping... so just a fill. A crown was recommended for a tooth not noted by Louisiana Family Dental was recommended. But the difference here? They explained why I needed it. Second opinion charged me nothing for their exam. Their prices were cheaper for the crowns and the dentist explained everything she would be doing before even having me open wide. If you wanna get scammed, come here. Just look at all the reviews... In the process of getting better insurance. Pretty grateful that the second opinion accepts it.

I was a little skeptical because I didn't have the opportunity to do my research before my visit. Nevertheless, this place rocked. The staff was very friendly. My wait was not long at all. I had some concerns about the extractions because my son had to get five teeth pulled. The dentist was amazing, he explained everything, he made sure my son was very comfortable, and that he didn't feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this place, because not only are they pleasant, but it felt as though they cared.

I've been a loyal patient of Lamendola's Dentistry since they opened (seems like it's been almost…read more10 years now). Dr. Lamendola and his staff of hygienists and office crew are bar none the best in Ascension! I started out seeing Dr. Whiteside and when she switched practices, I began seeing Dr. Bourgeois. I have some of the worst anxiety about going to the dentist and this place goes out of their way to ensure their patients are comfortable. The environment itself is cool, clean, and calming (nice soothing music playing). You can get a weighted blanket, ear plugs with music playing, and there are TVs in each room to hold your attention elsewhere. Years ago, I remember even being offered paraffin wax treatments for my hands during my appointment! While they haven't offered me that in years, it was amazing and also did a good job of distracting me! I refuse to go elsewhere! If you're not 100% comfortable and 110% pleased with your dentist, scurry on over to Lamendola's and let them pamper you AND your smile!

I was afraid to bring my son, super anxious, very nervous. My son was having some issues, so I called the emergency line over the weekend. I was frantic and crying. Within minutes of leaving a message, Dr. Paige text me for photos. She called me right after and completely calmed me down and reassured me that everything would be fine. Her office called me and scheduled me the following Monday, two days ago. Today we went in. The office is super clean. Very conveniently located. They had Moana on the tv in the waiting area (: We arrived 35 mins early and we were still taken back immediately. We literally waited less than 3 mins. My son got xrays, a cleaning, and an exam with Dr. Paige. Start to finish, everything went great! Everyone was very nice, great energy, very welcoming. I love that parents can sit with their little ones while they have their cleaning done. Dr. Paige is just awesome! She has a very calming aura. She took my anxiety from a 10 to a 2. My son loved her too! The whole staff! My son left saying he had the best day ever at the dentist! He wasn't scared at all and can't wait to come back! Also, I absolutely love Amy! She also reassured me on multiple occasions and has helped me to feel more comfortable in a dental atmosphere.
