They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable. The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants). Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.

This company has saved me a fortune and my kitchen looks like that of a show home! Still amazed with the great results and definitely recommend them!

I've never used any professional cleaning services before,…read morebut last week after a party at my house I decided to give some cleaning company a try, because when I woke up the last thing I wanted to do was to clean the mess of over 30 party animals. They really did their job perfectly and quicker than I ever expected.

My advice - don't use this cleaning company. On several occasions cleaners haven't turned up when…read morethey were supposed to. Both times it was to collect keys and both times I had to take time off from work to wait in for someone who didn't turn up. Similarly on two different occasions when the cleaner had been cancelled they turned up anyway. This company seem to have a very poor grasp on customer service. We have ceased our contract with them - which of course comes with a fee which of course wasn't explained when we signed up!
