Each vendor is supposed to receive a vendor packet that shows the packets sent to clients. I am in my 2nd month of distribution with Valpak and still have not received my vendors packet after requesting it three times. A packet was sent to me but it was not for the area I selected and so my coupon was not in the envelope. When I told Jonna Strimbu, the account executive, she replied with an email saying "It is in there!" This type of arrogance was flabbergasting. I still have not seen the product that I am paying $275 for per month. After 20 000 coupons was sent out I have received not even one call. Yesterday I received an invoice and the envelope included someone else's invoice as well. This company are great at selling their product, but unfortunately that is where effort stops.
