(We couldn't afford a complete rebuild in any case.) Lifetime Chimney saved us! They completed some repairing so they could install a cover/ cap, and they pressure washed the chimney. Miguel did an excellent job and was very kind. When I first called in, I spoke with Brian who was incredibly helpful! I was worried when I called in, but Brian explained what they needed to do. He patiently gave me clear information. The chimney looks great and it makes the house look great. We're relieved to have it protected now. I would hire this company again!

Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.

Every one of the team members was genuine, thoughtful, kind, and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting them, and learning about each other. After they finished the job, we asked them if they might be willing to move a giant pile of sod that had been sitting in our back yard for two years. They came up with great visual suggestions and I'm so glad that I went with the changes/upgrades, because now instead of my decks looking like most standard decks, they are now extremely visually appealing - - almost like art! My original decks were wood and were starting to have rotting spots. The decks were replaced with Trex decking and they added extensions so that I would have more room on both decks . While it added some time/expense, they fixed several issues with the framing & joists from the prior build before I bought this house, whereas I think a lot of others would have just ignored it to get the job done, faster, but my deck framing would not have lasted as long nor been as level in places if Anthony's team had overlooked those issues, so I appreciate their attention to detail, and doing a job right. Now it's extra enjoyable to see my decks, and I have received numerous compliments about them. Not only was the job done well - - actually above and beyond - - but I also appreciated that Anthony communicated very well with me and they showed up on time and worked full days-even a couple days in the rain.
