The 60 minute session covers 45 minutes of foot reflexology and 15 minutes of foot detox, shoulder, neck, head and shoulder blade massage. My wife usually gets a 60 minute deep tissue massage. Their facility is very clean and comfortable I highly recommend calling and booking an appointment before hand because they are very busy. I find that the foot reflexology helps improve my energy level, blood circulation, liver function and better sleep. Once you are seated in the room the masseuse brings you a hot cup of tea for you to enjoy while being massaged.

If you haven't yet tried the foot reflexology, I do recommend it. I find it helps improve my energy level, blood circulation, liver function and helps promote sleep. Oh it also helps reduce my swollen feet after a long walk. If you plan on going there make sure to make an appointment. They get fairly busy after work hours and on weekends. Remember to reconfirm your appointment the day before so you either have the male or female message therapist and time slot correct. Aside from that, the service is nice. You're offered a tea for your message. The rooms are clean and the decor is quite nice. The rooms are not quite sound proof but if you have the most back room it's can be quite relaxing.

They stage their games a little differently and I really appreciate after so many different escape rooms finding something that is unexpected. I would love to sit here and praise a lot off neat things I saw but I don't want to ruin anything for anyone so I will remain vague. Besides the great detail put into making the game amazing I also want to give them a shout out for their well kept waiting room and all the fun puzzles and games they provide to get your mind in gear whilst waiting your turn. We will be back for sure.

On my way there from Toronto, unfortunately my playing partner informed me she wasn't feeling well and needed to bail. Oh well, life happens, I was already on my way and figured I'd get my round in anyways as this place has been on my to play list for ages. When I got there, I informed them that my playing partner had to cancel because she got sick, and they said that unfortunately they were going to have to charge me anyways as that is their policy unless you cancel 24 hours before hand. We had only booked the night before, so about 12 hours before hand. I understand the policy, but I'm disappointed they didn't want to accommodate someone who drove over an hour and a half to come play. I left because I was just flabbergasted and never had this happen to me before in many decades of golfing. I decided to go to another course nearby in protest. I ended up getting billed on my credit card for two, even though I don't have my credit card "on file" with their online system, but have used it in the past. I've tried following up with both the golf course and the booking system and both have refused to budge. It's too bad, it looks like a decent course from the parking lot.
