The lady at Beyond The Stitches encouraged me to bring it in so their repairman to look at. She said "Let us our repairman look at it. I really think he can fix it." I took it in and while I waited, he fixed it! It didn't need a whole new frame, I paid $2.59 for a new part and $50.00 for an hour labor! I was thrilled, my faith in Babylock machines has been restored and these people are a godsend to the community!! They are so kind and caring and I really appreciate them all.

We had a great time at Glasswerx's fusing class! We booked a class for 8 people, ages ranging from…read more15-60. Our class lasted 3 hours and we each had the opportunity to make two pieces of glassworks. There was something for everyone from jewelry to money clips to night lights. The owner Deb was a terrific host, providing us with wine and cheese, and way more snacks than we could ever have eaten! She was very patient with our group of newbies and took time with each person to help them realize the vision of their project (no small task given our lack of experience)! I highly recommend a Glasswerx class for a celebratory event or even a rainy afternoon. It would be a great birthday activity for kids 13+, a fun bridal weekend, or corporate team building event!
