The stylist always offers suggestions on hair styles that will work with my hair and products to maintain the style between cuts. This is not a very big place but it's hidden in back of a parking lot in downtown Chagrin Falls. The inside was simply dressed but could use a simple update and maybe a bit more cleaning. The person who did my hair was Lisa I believe. She was warm and approachable, asked me what I wanted my hair to look like and asked if I had a photo. Having short hair may not be a thrill to stylist but she did a fabulous job giving me the va-va-voom I needed for this evening wedding. Blowouts are $25 and a steal. This place is really a gem. Parking is a large shared lot and that area around it has great shops and places to eat. Give them a whirl, you will be satisfied.

An instrument with crystals helps to remove blemishes and fine lines. It removes the old cells of the skin to give a fresh look. Karlee used a cleanser, toner and moisturizers, so many I don't remember. My face felt great, and I needed it done. Aveda products she used are for sale. Then I returned for a brow tint. Karlee chose my hair color. She plucked, waxed, shaped and colored my brows using an Aveda pencil that contains wax. Therefore it is waterproof, and last four to six weeks. I really liked the results. I purchased the pencil for $24. Prices for all salon and spa services are online. Receiving a gift card was wonderful.
