We cannot recommend this company enough! Our fridge was on a death march, we called, he came out the next day to check it out. It needed a part that he ordered, then stopped over on a Friday night after the part came in on the UPS delivery late that afternoon. He installed it in record time. The prices for the part and his time were extremely reasonable. We have older appliances, so I'm sure we'll be calling him again! read more

We called for service on our washer and Kurt was able to come out on the same day. He was very professional and helpful. He explained everything to us so that we could understand the problem and the solution. We will call Hammel's whenever we need appliance diagnostics and repairs. They were prompt, wore a mask without asking, put on shoe coverings due to all the snow outside. Came to fix a warranty repair on Miele dishwasher, solved the issue quickly and explained how to address the issue if it happens again. Would definitely recommend. read more
