They have always offered me convenient appointments (even when it was close to tax day and I'm sure they were very busy)! Jean has explained everything to me and answered all of my questions patiently and with exceptional knowledge. He even looked into a matter I had during a previous tax year for me although it was prior to me ever being their client. Their office is conveniently located right off the freeway in San Clemente. It's a little bit of a drive from where I work, but it is worth it. They have plenty of free parking so that's never an issue. They are prompt to respond via text or phone when I reach out to them. I even love the little reminders they send to me during the year - sometimes with a little (useful!) gift like a magnet with a beautiful photo of the pier, a glasses cloth, and a few others. I hate when businesses send you junk that is cheap and ends up in the trash - and this is never the case with these guys! Their fee was very reasonable and affordable. Hopefully I won't always wait until the last minute to call them, but I know if I do, they are still just as friendly and accommodating as if I were calling well before tax day!
