My only gripe is that some members seem to have a problem understanding gym rules ie returning dumbells to there correct places, and using sweat towels, this should be monitored and enforced a lot more than it is to ensure all members are able to enjoy their workouts completely.

There's a lovely, if small, swimming pool that you tend to get to yourself, as well as a steam room and sauna. Two studios offer a range of group fitness classes such as spinning or yoga. Changing rooms are large and clean. In the reception area there's a small café and a roof terrace which is lovely when the sun is shining. Beauty treatments are also offered both downstairs in the reception area and in dedicated treatment rooms. Sun beds are also available. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

I used the cardio machines, the pools, the sauna and steam room during my free trial. The pool was warm and clean, and was pretty quiet whenever I went there. The cardio machines were good, but some of the bikes didn't work properly which is annoying. I liked the changing areas and the showers, nice and warm and very clean throughout. I'd love to join, but £51 a month off-peak is too much for me at the moment.
