Nuffield Health Nuneaton lied to me to get me to sign a contract, saying that despite the strict…read moreconditions laid out in the contract, I could cancel instantly if I moved away (I specifically asked about this before signing up because I knew there was a chance I'd have to relocate). A few months later, as suspected, I had to move away. They forced me to pay up until the end of the contract by threatening to use a Debt Collection Agency if I did not. I tried to explain what had happened but they claimed their staff would 'never have told me' what they did, despite the fact both myself and a witness agree on what they said. I don't have any written proof and technically I signed their contract (but ONLY based on what their staff member told me)... so I had to pay up. I will never use Nuffield Health again.
