    Have not moved ed in yet. However the homes are beautiful and the staff (Brian) has been so very helpful.

    This place is awful. I lived here for 2 years and then the switched management. Tenants and staff…read morecomplain about everything and Ashley, who works there gave me a violation for my 15-year-old for being noisy when my daughter wasn't even in the state. She has 2 girls who are constantly making noise but instead of giving herself the violation she put it on my kid who wasn't even there. Then, before I moved out, I put in maintenance requests to have things fixed and instead of fixing them they charged me for it when I put in maintenance requests and they never came to fix any of it. The dog poop is never picked up, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything, parking is horrible, and you can no longer pay accept through ACH. They are constantly taking things away that make our lives as tenants easier, and instead, making our lives less comfortable there is also a wasp problem that they do not take care of. My air conditioning went out and they couldn't fix it and brought me a portable one for almost a week. They said they'd come the next day and they never did. This is NOT luxury living at all. The inside is nice but not worth it. You can find a house than what this management team puts you through. The new management is absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT RENT HERE!

    Let's start with the positives;…read more There's a pool, a gym... and that's it. The negatives? When we first moved in, it took over a MONTH to have a functioning fridge installed in our unit. When our dryer broke, it took 2 weeks to have a new one brought in. When that one didn't work either, the employee responsible for bringing them in and out just told us that we were using it wrong, and it's normal for it to take 5 hours for one load to just be damp. Took another 2 weeks to get a functioning dryer. Glad we pay an additional $50 a month for those. You're forced into subscribing to "Valet Trash". It is not optional. Trash cans must be in by 9 AM and set out by 7 PM. Work 12 hour days? Sucks, here's a $45 fee. Snow days? Hope you brought your cleats and snow tires. Out of the last two years we've lived here, not once have they salted the parking lot or sidewalks. They just let it melt naturally. They're lucky no one has cracked their skull open. Part of the lease goes over the fact that mold is a natural part of life. And that any black mold you find in your unit is to be considered a roommate, or maybe just natural scenery. When you pay your rent, you have a few options; check, card, or direct withdrawal. Every single option except for direct withdrawal is another $40 fee! They sent out an email saying that they had hired a cleaning company to clean the breezeways, another fee to charge us. In the 8 months following, they have: installed an air freshener. The walls are covered in marks and digs. The carpets are filthy. There has been a spiderweb in the doorway for almost TWO YEARS now. Any trash dropped by the earlier mentioned valet trash sits there for over a month. There are side entrances for the buildings. The door to our building is half caved in, and doesn't close. There's no air conditioning, nor air flow, so whatever lovely scents that enter are stuck there, only to be amplified by the swamp-esque climate of TN. Upon renewal of our lease, we were sent the documents, filled them out, and submitted them. The next time I went to pay the rent, we were charged an additional $300. I called them, they said, "wow, that's unusual. I'll make a note so this won't happen again" Can you guess what happened next month? That's right! An additional $300 fee. I called them again. And the same thing happened. This went on for 4 months until they finally told me that I did not turn in my lease and they were charging us a month to month fee. How luxurious. And my favorite part of the entire luxurious living experience: We have two cats, when we moved in, we paid a $200 pet fee. Gave them all of the information including vaccine records, photos, etc. We have paid $50 a month in fees. Now, they want us to set up profiles, on a website they own, with information that they already have. And they want us to pay $30 per animal. That's more than we pay a month in fees! Is the $1,100 we have thrown at them for the crime of owning animals not enough for them to upload the documents they were given when we moved in?? But it's okay, it's all worth it to get to truly experience luxury living.

    We complained about water damage MULTIPLE times that was never fixed. We complained about the…read morecarpet coming up multiple times which was never fixed which was hazardous to my children with the carpet nails. We complained about mold coming from inside bath tub walls and was told just put bleach on it instead of being fixed. Says gated community but the gate hardly ever works properly. Had issues with the dishwasher for 4 years and instead of replacing it to fix the numerous issues it would just get a quick fix only to have issues again shortly after. The dishwasher right now is broken! It just runs hot air for hours until you turn it off without actually cleaning. I woke up early in the morning to the smell of burning. Opened the dishwasher and many things were melted. No water or anything just heat so baby bottles melted, a couple dishes melted. One straw actually burned on top of the wire at the bottom which could have caught on fire. I make my own baby food so the expensive part I use, melted. Also every year our ac would go out. It would freeze up. Our car was broken into even with it being locked and there are no cameras watching parking lot. I called and asked the front lady if there were cameras knowing there wasn't just to see what she would say. She lied saying there was so I asked to see the cameras to see who broke into my car and she said "Oh they only work sometimes" There's no cameras around the complex lol They just send out a letter stating to lock doors and don't have anything valuable. Even though people did lock there doors but were still getting broke into. One lady's who car got stolen! Rent is way too high for what you're paying for. If you're going to charge that much. Improve these types of issues. They raised the rent the last year we were there. Every year they say "We've made improvements to the property so we're raising the rent" Which was a load of bull. What improvements? lol Only thing they added was a couple of benches and a tiny grill station next to the dog poop area that I've never once seen used lol This place is a joke, they need to actually act like they care about their people. Even the maintenance guys will tell you the appliances and everything is a joke.

So far I have nothing but good things to say. Had few technical issues but that's expected during moves and not their fault. Once brought up to their attention, it was handled right away. No complaints here. The last person who gave a one star and complained about mold is not being fair. The pictures show his personal property that has mold growing on it. It nothing that is property like maybe showers or floors or even windows. Clearly someone who doesn't understand in what environment mold grows.

The maintenance people, most of them don't know what they are doing, nothing is ever rechecked by someone who does . They'll keep to hang out where they can't be seen and waste time. Yet all the cameras are pointing into homes instead of where they should be. Outside lighting is aweful. Lawns and landscaping is not kept up. I would like to know how they can have 2 stars, yet voted the best for nine years in Wilson county???????? Don't swim unless you really check it, people throw up, kids diapers, have been in there more than once. There are two many townhome communities, apartments, in Wilson County, do yourself a favor don't move to the Hartmann Plantation.

Everyone is told, the OWNER of the dog has to pick up the dog's waste and put it in the waste basket provided in the so-called "dog" park or in the dumpster near the dog park. Guess they aren't telling this to new tenants, as most of the newbies are NOT doing it. This is also supposed to be smoke free apartments, but some do not pay attention to that either.

My air conditioner sprung a leak and soaked my carpet in 2 rooms and there was mold found. That was 9/9/2021. Today is 10/01/2021 and the carpet was just replaced yesterday. The mold has still not been taken care of and the walls have not been painted. I went to the Dr. today and I was diagnosed with bronchitis. It is 100% because of the mold because my covid test was negative and I have no other pre-existing conditions. I have never in my life been diagnosed with bronchitis and have to use an inhaler and antibiotics. The apartment managers have been nonchalant, non-empathetic, and completely rude about the entire thing. I am a senior citizen living in a building for active seniors. This is elder abuse which is a felony. They have done nothing except subject me and those living around me to danger. Mold spores have possibly attached to my lungs and may have crippled me and decreased my breathing capacity for the rest of my days. I want everyone to know how I have been treated and I will be filing a case with the housing authority.
